Family-friendly hotel near South Beach with pools and breakfast buffet
All-inclusive travelers might know the name Riu from past vacations, but this Miami Beach property is different with bookings including room only. The 284-room hotel has direct beach access, an adult and children's swimming pools and a poolside bar and grill. An extensive breakfast buffet -- which includes on the spot cooking stations -- draws the regulars and guests can pay separately. South Beach's major attractions, from the Art Deco District to Lincoln Road Mall, are less than two miles away.

best vacation yet
me and my daughters had a wonderful time at this resort, they let us check in early our room was beautiful in cancun. when checked out our flight didn't leave until the next day they let us put our luggage in the bell mans closet and also had a conceirge room for us to reserve for an hour to take showers that evening everything was great thank you

Sehr gute Erfahrung
Wir haben unsere Ferien in Florida wie bereits mehrmals vorher mit einigen Tagen in Miami abgeschlossen. Zum ersten Mal sind wir im Riu Florida Beach abgestiegen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht auf den Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Obwohl nicht mehr das Neueste, konnte man nichts daran aussetzen. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm mit gutem Essen. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber lädt trotzdem zum Verweilen ein, und der Strandzugang ist gleich daneben. Das Personal, ob im Restaurant, Pool, Rezeption oder Reinigung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Beste ist aber die Lage. Das Auto befindet sich auf den Sunny Islands / Miami South Beach direkt an der Collins Avenue. Mit dem Auto ist man in nicht einmal 10 Minuten am Ocean Drive. Die Einkaufsstrassen der Washington und Lincoln Drive sind in 5 Min. erreichbar. Die Interstate 75 Richtung Keys / Everglades oder aber Ft. Lauderdale / Miami International Airport ist schnell erreicht und man kann sich nicht irren. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Hotel mit schöner Poolanlage und an ruhiger Lager
Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, doch für ein paar Tage ganz o.k. und auch zu empfehlen. Eindrücklich ist auch die Poolanlage und der Blick auf das Meer.

El hotel esta un poco gastado
El hotel esta un poco gastado y seria muy bueno si no tuviese alfombras porque los que somos alergicos sufrimos con eso. El personal que trabaja es muy eficiente y hacen su trabajo muy bien.

el riu siempre fue exelente, o
el riu siempre fue exelente, o que si hemos notado el olor a humedad que se huele en las instalaciones. el personal muy bueno y super amable. el precio es bueno, pero no entra en la categoria de los mejores. la pisina y la playa muy lindas. el desayuno lo tomamos un dia y no fue malo. en el futuro buscariamos otro., para comparar si volvemos al riu, igualmente los han dejado caer bastante y les faltaria una renovacion visual.

Wie in allen RIU-Anlage in denen
Wie in allen RIU-Anlage in denen wir waren, war das Frühstück sehr gut ! Die Zimmer sind groß aber etwas „muffig“. Wir waren nur 3 Tage dort aber sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder für einen Kurztrip buchen.
