Good Location & Ugly rooms

Don't be fool by the pic then only things good about the hotel is the lobby and location, room are very out of date and ugly, bathroom was very ugly and nasty.

Very bad!!!

I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is by far the worst hotel i have stayed at!! The employees are extremly rude and very hard to understand their english!! The front desk lady needs a class on customer service and the bartender had no clue on how to make any drink!!

Dirty

Stayed overnight to catch a cruise. The room was very dirty and old. Need to replace flooring and paint walls also.

Unhappy Experience

Upon check in room service refused to take my order and replied that they were closing up even though I had a window time of 15 minutes before they closed. An apology would have helped, but no. Hairs were found in the bathroom and the tub was dirty. Light bulb missing from bedside table a DND hanger not available in the room. A small cash advance was requested to pay the taxi, but the F/D were not flexible with the request. The brief stay left a bad taste in my mouth and will not be staying at that hotel in the future.

The bonly nice thing about the hotel is the location. Otherwise, stay away.

Close, but....yuck.

The hotel is convenient--and they provide a shuttle to and from the airport--but it is really rundown. The lobby is nice, but when I went to the room it was old and just had a yucky feeling. for example, I pulled the top cover off the bed and the blanket underneath was old and had burns and tears on it. I found myself not wanting to walk on the carpet without shoes because it looked grungy. Also, my room was located above or near a night club, and I could hear pounding music most of the night. I will not choose this hotel again.

What a dump

While [...] referred me to this place b/c it was pretty cheap ($70) it was a dive. Smelly, gross rooms that were about as fresh as a 1980's gym sock. Sheets were dirty upon arrival, bathroom was nasty and overall smelled like a locker room. Wouldn't recommend this even to a Patriots fan :)

just a room

a stay one night before cruise.not in the best area.thought to be booking a smoking room which says there is in reservations and the hotel is all non-smoking.would of booked elsewhere if known.only one wash cloth and they never bothered to bring another.

Unacceptable due to noise of AC nextdoor

[...] The loud turban air conditioning noise of the hotel next door was totally unacceptable, and interfered with sleep. The front desk was very much aware of the problem, but could not help. [...] Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. [...]

poor

Waited over an hour to be picked up at the air port. Had only one person at the check in desk. The driver also had to double as the bell hop.At one time the hotel looked to be nice, but is starting to run down. Couldn't take shower because the shower had only hot water. Complained but was told sorry nothing counld be done. If you can't find anything. May do for a one nighter.But spend the extra money and get a nicer place. Because it's true you get what you pay for.
