This Miami international Airport-area hotel caters to business and leisure travelers seeking easy access to lodging, shopping and cruise ships. Airport Regency Hotel Miami
The hotel has a club on the lower (street) level that is not insulated or sound proofed. The music and noise was unbelievable. We were located on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel and sleeping was not an option. It was not only the noise but the entire room was vibrating from the base levels as well. We were hopeful that the noise would subside after 2 AM. We were not so lucky - the music continued until 6 AM the next morning. However, being awake was a blessing around 1 AM and again at 3 AM. Because, two different couples tried to enter our room and would have if the claspe had not been latched. The service, professionalism and noise levels at this hotel leave a great deal to be disired.

Don't Stay Here
It was not the greatest. I wouldn't stay here again. The listed amenities like ironing board, microwave, fridge not available. My husband and I had a room with two twin beds. We had to sleep in separate beds. The customer service was slow to respond. I was not happy.

Short drive from hotel
The Dolphin Mall was great and the food there was excellent. Don't attempt to go to the Miami Beach during Spring Break Week.

Cruise Vacation Startoff
We waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up while we saw the other hotel shuttles come by three times. There is a nightclub in the hotel so if you happen to be on top of it or near it, good luck sleeping. The fitness center is a joke and nothing works in it. The rooms are dirty but I guess you get what you pay for.

No Speaky English
Some staff could not speak English and were not very helpful. Hotel is old and outdated...not sure if the carpet was dirty or what, but I had small bites around my feet and ankles from being inside my hotel room.

One of the worst hotels we have stayed
The room was in serious need of deep cleaning, updating, new plumbing and the bathroom tile and fixtures need to be replaced. The mattress actually sagged.

the worst place
We did not sleep very well because the music was playing until 5:30 AM. The place had cockroaches running in the hall when we arrived. I would not stay there ever again.

Unacceptable due to noise of AC nextdoor
[...] The loud turban air conditioning noise of the hotel next door was totally unacceptable, and interfered with sleep. The front desk was very much aware of the problem, but could not help. [...] Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. [...]

Carnival fun ship
This hotel in not worth squat
There was one person working the front desk while about 15 people were trying to check in. There were other employees in the back room, but they seemed to be in no hurry to help. In our first room, the box spring was broken on one bed so it sank to the floor. We couldn't speak with the manager because she was on break. When we finally got moved to another room, there were no blankets and comforter on the beds, and there was only one pillow per bed. Nobody on the staff seemed willing to help remedy any of the situations. I found a storage closet myself that contained a couple of blankets. I've traveled all of my life, and this is one of the worst hotel visits of my life!
