This Miami international Airport-area hotel caters to business and leisure travelers seeking easy access to lodging, shopping and cruise ships. The Way It Was
Only stayed for one night and the room was fine except for a truly exceptionally loud night club on the first floor that was open all night (Saturday). Luckily, the room fan drowned out most of the noise on the fourth floor. Also, we waited an hour at the airport for the shuttle.

Very Average
Waited for my lost luggage. One room was very noisy with some kind of outside generator buzzing, but the hotel staff did put me in a quieter room, although the TV wasn't working very well in the new room.

Decent, clean hotel
The hotel was near the airport. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. They also provided a free shuttle to the port. The staff was very freindly. If you do not know spainsh, it could be a problem with some help. Breakfast was a little expensive for what it was. The rooms were not 4 stars, but they were clean.

Stop over in Miami
Check in & out was quick, rooms were fine, staff was good, shuttles were great, hors deurves & free drink was good, free breakfast was good, price was fair.

In Hotel
Amenities: having the free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship was a money saver so was the breakfast since we had 5 teenagers in our group. The free drink and hor deurves at dinner time was a pleasant bonus

Good for a stop over
The room was clean, but next to a restaurant that had loud entertainment until 4 in the morning. Never was in a room that didn't have a hairdryer in it. OK for one night.

BedsThe dance bar; Le Club was "thumping" all Saturday night--still going strong at 5:30 AM Sunday when we left with line ups to get in. Floor was vibrating--no sleep. Bed was ok; no real comfort. Gym facilities not as "advertised"--3 broken pieces of equipment. Only the TV worked. Book you required Shuttles upon arrival--or you will not get on. Restaurant food was good; as was breakfast buffet. 2 Male front desk staff were very helpful.

Good for the price
We went to Ultra Music Festival 2011 and stayed at this hotel which is not very far from Bicentennial Park.Hotel staff was very nice, all Cuban, they even referred us to tour guide. Shuttle brings you to and from airport. Rooms are not too fancy but they are clean. We had to check out at 11am but our flight was not until 6pm, so the hotel let us leave our suitcases there and we went to Miami Beach until it was time to leave. There is also a nice seafood place next door with cheap drinks!

its not too bad
We recently stayed here for 2 non consective nights. the first night we had a horrible bed and a non working tv.. the second night we were put back in the same exact room as the first! when I went down to the front desk, the staff helped me get a different room in the hotel. it was like night and day. the new room was great! the difference in rooms (of the same price level) are a little silly and most of the staff did not speak english making it a little difficult to communicate. overall- not bad, but nothing to write home about.
