"The unexpected"
I was traveling to go to a Women convention, in which the location was supposedly 7mile from hotel and it turned out to be 20 minute away and with a toll. It makes me not want to use orbitz again!

Great cruise and airport hotel
The location was great for our cruise. They offer free shuttle service to and from airport and to the cruise lines. Room was nice and clean. Great for the price. Restaurant next door, pool, internet services. Well worth it. Would stay again.

Very dissatisfied
My stay began horribly. The first room was not only freezing but the heater didn't work. I was not offered another room. I had to turn on the shower (on hot) to produce steam to make the room warmer.

Nice for one night airport stay
We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Miami on our way to the Bahamas and were just spending the night in Miami waiting for our flight to leave in the morning. We had a really hard time getting in contact with the shuttle. As far as staying went, we just needed a bed to sleep on for a couple of hours, which was fine. The bathroom was VERY small (the door almost hit the toilet) and they were very slow at putting out the breakfast in the AM so we basically didn't get to eat. It is VERY close to the airport, which was great for us, so I can't complain too much, but if I had to do it again, I don't know if I would hotel it, or just floor it at the airport. The pool looked pretty nice though, wish we could've used it!

Pleasant surprise
My expectations were low for this budget motel next to the Miami airport. I was very pleasantly surprised. The exterior of the hotel was basic, but the room was clean and spacious. The bus driver who shuttled me back to the airport in the morning was informative and courteous. I was quite pleased.

Just ok for convenience
The Red Roof Inn was convenient for my purpose of just a one night stay, close to the airport and not far from the port. The room size was not bad.The hotel could have been cleaner and the upkeep was a little neglected. It was great to have some type of breadfast but they can add just a few things and it would still be continental, like cereal and milk. It was nice being next to some type of restuaraunt since the hotel did not have one inside.

Very family friendly
Since seven years ago when I stayed for the first time in a Red Roof Inn there is no other hotel of its class...!!They are great...and I will continue to stay as long as they ahve the same professionalism and great quality of service. Everytime I stay at at Red Roof Inn I feel at home...!!
