Beginning Oct 16th, 2008 we will offer free shuttle service Miami Airport -----> Hotel (s) -------> Port of Miami and Miami Airport ------> Hotel (s) ------> Miami Airport for all package bookings. (We do not pick up guests on their return from the cruise unless they stay with us on their return). ** PLEASE CALL HOTEL once you have departed the plane or cruise ship for pickup and anticipate a 20-30 minute pick up time from that point. The shuttle will only leave once the call has been received **

very inexpensive, in good location and great rooms
we expected to have worse experience for the money we paid for this motel. The location is very convenient, as there are a lot of supermarkets and places to eat nearby. It is also very close to the street leading to the beach. The swimming pool is very nice. Even though the motel is close to the busy road we never heard its traffic as the steady quite noise of blowing air from airconditioning was always louder :)

it was cool
It was ok. Decent people (staff) they call cabs for you. Breakfast is donuts and coffee. You have to ask for everything though. So if you don't ask, you won't have milk for your coffee, an iron in your room, wifi code, etc. There are no fridges so u must eat out everyday. Pool looked dirty so I did not dare to swim, even their contract says "swim at your own risk, there is no life guard on duty" so I stayed out. If you have children. I wouldn't recommend this place. It looks a little unsafe, like you never who is staying there and there is an abandoned strip house on the corner. For a business stay where you are not really there for the fun, glitz or beach then its a decent stay. that's all.

There is a nice small sushi spot not too far, like the 2nd corner over. Was really nice and great service.

Enough for the price
The Room was clean, and the bathroom too, but not the rest of the Motel, they need to clean it better. The breakfast was horrible, just old small bagels, and they do not have napkins in the breakfast area, and the pots with the sugar and cream were dirty. The Best thing is the architecture, MiMo Style, and the colors of the Motel, remains the 50's. The swimingpool is very good. The girl in the front desk was nice.

Motel Blu
This is a great hotel if you just want a place to crash. Nothing special. Nothing horrible. Close to bus lines, highway 95 and North Beach. No extras or frills. Important for families: next to stripclubs and gay video shop.

Its a 2 star Motel, and that's what you get. The room was clean except for the shower curtain, you need to ask for everything like extra towels or soap. The location is not the best but for the price you can't ask for much.

Too far away from Downtown.
Miami Blu Motel Miami
When we checked in there was no Remote Control for the TV, there was not a single coat hanger in the closet, there was no lighte bulb in the night stand lamp. We got all this after we complained at the office. The beds were good and we slept well. There was a lot of streetnoise. There was not enough parking and we had to wait a long time for somebodyelse to move the car.

Very Nasty
This room was nasty. There were stains all over the comforter it was very disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also there is no parking. I was so disappointed and disgusted we left and wished i got my money back. do not stay here.
