The hotel fairly clean, beds were comfortable. Nothing really to do on the property. No breakfast. Just used the room to have a place to sleep in Miami didn't feel like paying a arm and a leg to stay at some mediocre resort.
I booked this hotel as a favor to a friend of mine. When she arrived at the hotel she didn't like it at all. Among some details that I rather keep to myself, she felt very insecure because the access to the rooms were from the outside. Also, the
area wasn't one of the best. Without hesitating she left and went to another hotel. She told me that she was going to call your customer service but I am not sure if she did. In conclusion, I have a feeling that this hotel booking was a loss.

The room was extremely shabby and looked unclean. The air conditioned looked like it had done battle with a 50 lb gorilla and did not work. I refused to stay there. Even though it was very late when we arrived, I gave the front desk the keys and scoured the area to find an available hotel. [...]
