Miami International Airport

Although convenient, I will most likely not stay here again. The lack of Internet and not completely clean room made my stay only okay. The room is also more expensive than a lot of other hotels in the airport.

This was our first stay at the Miami Airport Hotel. Although it is costly we decided to try it out to know if the convenience was worth paying extra for...We stayed on the 6th floor and were pleased with our room. It was nicely updated and the beds were comfortable. The hallways are in need of some upkeep. We did not use the restaurant or pool. If pure convenience and comfort is what you are looking for, this is the place!

Comfortable, a bit dated, but perfect lay-over location between flights

This hotel is stuck in the 1950's. It is very lack luster and over priced. The staff were unorganized. The hotel itself was pretty dated and just seemed dirty. My room did have a bed, which made me happy. However, beyond that, I was not impressed. I could not even take a shower because the old shower head kept falling. At 5am, thats rather annoying. BUT, I didn't have to fight traffic to get to the airport. There is something, i guess, to be said for that convenience. A hotel shuttle and nice hot shower would have been equally convenient.

I spent only about 12-14 hours in the hotel because of the early flight I had to catch in the morning. Had to order room service which was OK. Hotel seemed older than i thought. The entire Miami Airport area seems disjointed. I was told it was because of September 11. The only reason I'd stay here again is because of the convenience to airport and if I only stayed one night as before.

This is the first time we have stayed at a hotel in an airport - what an awesome idea. The personnel were awesome. Dinner was excellent on the 7th Floor, highly recommend. The hotel is older and does need some maintenance. The tub was clogged and the toilet leaked when you flushed but I would have stayed anyway. Too convenient! I did hear a different price when someone was checking on the fly but then there was someone else that couldn't get a room so a reservation is the only way to go when doing a pit stop. Would do it again.

Excellent Location. Perfect if you are arriving late and need a place to spend the night and catch an early flight out the next day. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Perfect for a one night layover.

Hotel was okay just for overnight because we were extremely tired. Had several bug bites the next morning.

The Miami Airport hotel is very convenient if you have a layover at the airport. The rooms are very small and dark, but serviceable if all you want to do is sleep. There are virtually no amenities at the hotel- for example, no gym, no pool, etc. There is a restaurant that I did not use. It is hard to beat the location though, particularly if you have an early morning flight out of Miami airport.
