could be better
first they charge for parking,which they don"t tell you until you check in. the staff was not friendly, when it came to fixing a problem,they refused so we left after the first night!

Beautiful hotel!

Convienent, Clean,competent staff
The fitness facility was excellent.,The hotel was Quiet and catered to our needs for Transportation to and from the airport at no cost,Internet available for boarding passes at no caost, arrangements for shuttle to the port. Resurant food was very good. Staff pleasant and friendly

Fantastic, Clean stay
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The only problem was the slamming of doors early in the morning. Obviously this isn't the hotel's fault, but be prepared for fellow patrons to "rise and shine". Overall, great price and location close to the airport and Coral Gables!

great family get away
the service was excellent. The staff was freindly. We had drinks at the bar. In witch the bar made was kind and nice. Every time we came back to our room it was very clean, with new wash cloth and towels.

Business and Vacation Trip
The Hotel renovation make it look much nicer, service at the bar/restaurant is poor, the automatic parking system is a mess, rooms have no safe locks, which is an inconvenience. But overall, I am a loyal customer and will continue to be, because I find what I want: great, clean rooms, and superior location at reasonable rates.

OUR RESERVATION INCLUDED COMPLIMENTRY BREAKFAST & HOTEL WOULD NOT HONOR IT..THEY WERE RUDE & UNCOOPERATIVE [...]..ALSO, I CALLED AHEAD TO FIND OUT ABOUT PARKING & WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FREE...BUT THEY CHARGED $11.00 A DAY...BOO!!!
