Hotel was nice. Staff was ordinary. Pool, jacuzzi and outside staff were excellent as well as The ocean! Not a 5 star hotel but a solid 4. Valet Car service was slow. I will try a different place next time I'm in Miami Beach.

Pure luxury
I recently travelled to Miami on business. After searching the area and different "boutique" hotels, I decided to try Loews. Visiting the city on my own left me with some reservations but they all disappeared when I stepped into the Loews beautiful lobby. The staff could not have been more accommodating, all of them. The food was delicious (and I had a chance to sample all of the restaurants). My room was beautifully finished and returning back to the hotel every evening was a pleasure. I'm only sorry that I did not take more advantage of the beautiful spa. I managed an "AMAZING" massage the day I left. Had I toured the spa earlier in my stay, I think I would have managed a few more treatments.

Cannot understand why they want to charge you approx 13 $ per day to use the internet in the room, when it is free in the lobby, so annoying as i was there on business to go down 13 floors to use the Internet or pay 91 dollars more for the week! All hotels should be giving internet free by now

Always a great stay!!!
The Loews is consistently excellent. Service can't be beat. The staff makes everything fun,comfortable whatever you need. Little perks at the pool like complimentary suntan lotion and flavored ice water make you feel like the hotel cares about their guests. Location can't be beat either. Near Lincoln Road and Ocean drive. Beach is outstanding. The only problem I had and I think its all over is the mandatory 18% gratuity. I bought a banana and brought it to the cashier myself. They charged me .18 on a dollar banana. ridiculous.
