The Kendall Hotel and Suites is located near the Baptist Hospital of Miami, less than 15 minutes away from Miami International Airport by car or shuttle, 4 miles from the Convention Center and the University of Miami, and minutes to the Dadeland Mall, beaches, and downtown Miami. Other nearby attractions include Key Biscayne, Miami Metro Zoo, South Beach, The Falls, Coral Gables and the Homestead-Miami Speedway. It is a beautiful resort-like property, however affordable, enabling guests to enjoy full comfort without the resort fees. The Kendall Hotel and Suites is surrounded by 11 acres of carefully landscaped grounds, featuring on site tennis courts, and a refreshing outdoor pool. Whirlpool and fitness center are also available. Parking is available for free, permits required. Aside excellent business services, to complete the offer for business and leisure travelers alike, the Kendall Hotel and Suites offers dining at the Paradise Grill Monday through Saturday, a complimentary full english breakfast that features an Omelet Station, Scrambled eggs, bacon sausage, homemade potatoes, pancakes, variety of cereals, fresh fruits, Danish pastries, bagels, toast, English muffins, yogurt, milk, sodas, coffee and tea , served daily 7:30am - 10:30am. There are many sleeping rooms and suites to choose from: beginning with our most popular 560 - 800 square feet standard room with 1 or 2 beds, to one of our luxurious one or 2 bedroom suites ranging from 800 to over 1000 square feet, all rooms feature free wireless internet access, sitting area with sofa and chair, cable TV, in room movies, safe, air conditioning, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and board. All suites have full kitchens and 2 full baths.

Grim, very grim

Wow-I know this hotel has been going thru a change in ownership but there were so few guests, I felt unsafe. I loved this hotel under the former "chain". The rooms are spacious, as I am always there on business I have never used the pool, but it looks very nice.
