MY BOYFRIEND& i stayed here the night before our cruise it was great! it was quiet & clean we had a balcont room @ no extra ... charge with a beautiful view. The bartender service was great at the lobby restaurant with good empanadas & drinks...we even got reccomnded a nice wterfront restaurnat down the block that was great!

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of our vacation to the FL Keys and it was the perfect place to start and end ... our trip. The staff were very accomadating and the restaurant and the pool are both top notch. When we go back we will definitely be staying at the Intercontinental and would also recommend it to friends.

The staff is very friendly. Every one was super nice and the hotel is beautiful. One of my favorite things about this hotel ... is that the pool area was basically unoccupied the entire time. No children no large groups - no one. The hotel smelled great and the robe and slippes were a great touch. I'd definately stay here again!

Our plane was delayed so we missed the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and they were unable to make an exception ... and pick us up. They also would not give us a cot for one of our kids.

the hotel is beatifull, so clean and confortable, very nice and eficient staff and great location. Our telephone was not ... working and we reported it at 10:30 pm. and 15 min. later we had a new one to call home. Shopping is really close and has good restaurantes very nearby.

Short Stay, But Impressive!

My husband and I stayed at the InterContinental overnight (it was our honeymoon night) as we waited to leave for the ... Caribbean on an early flight the next morning. We arrived very late (12:30 am), but were greeted by a receptionist that could have fooled us into thinking it was the middle of a bright and sunny day with his attitude and pleasant disposition. The room was cozy, yet spacious, and very comfortable. The room service was average in taste, and a little overpriced, but what can you expect from a hotel? The checkout process the next morning was amazingly easy, and we hopped on the hourly shuttle to the airport with plenty of time to catch our flight! In short, we had an enjoyable quick visit, and will definitely return!

There were two locations of this particular Hotel. This Hotel was fabulious with 5 star service. I am also curious about the ... 2nd Location. They did a great job taking care of us from check to check out, there were "No" problems. Very relaxing place I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I loved the service.

It was very easy access to hiway 836 and access to the rest of the Miami while still being in a nice area. About 20 minute drive to South Beach.

Nearby restaurants include Macaroni Grill; Chilis; McDonalds; Dunkin Donuts and a few other lesser known chains. Right across the highway, in a little strip mall, there's take-out pasta and Mediteranean fare. There's also a bar and a fairly upscale restaurant in the hotel.
