Went to the beach in Miami every day. Although the hotel is in downtown the bus is a good option for commuting to the ... beach.The staff are very fiendly. the rooms are very clean and nice. the hotel is good value for money.

The hotel was clean and quiet, but the room could have used a bit of updating. Parking lot was a 10 min. walk from the ... hotel, and was still extremely expensive, even with the hotel discount.

This hotel has to be one of the oldest in the city. The pictures from the website send a message of a modern hotel with a ... water front view when that is not the case. There are so many new building that it make the Hyatt look stone age especially when they finish building the marriott across the street. My advice to the Hyatt regency is to add a service that makes you stand out since your building is too old to add the modern luxuries of today.

The hotel was very nice and clean but the carpet in the room was dirty. If you like to walk, the walk on the bayfront near ... the hotel is great. Lots of restaurants and live music every night. The restaurant in the hotel is great. The pool is good for the location. Taxi to south beach is about $20.00 or bus is $2.00 each way. Taxi to airport is about $25.00.

The staff was OK, I am however frustrated that the hotel made me pay $6.50 for a litre of Aquafina water. I believe this was ... a rip-off. There was no refrigerator in their rooms, neither was there Microwave. Very disturbing items missing.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and very pleasant. We were near the malls, the river walk and the ... restaurant in the hotel was wonderful...a little exspenive but the food was wonderful.

I would recommend renting a vehicle or walking. We did a lot of walking and only used a cab when necessary because it is very expensive.

This trip was enjoyable, I found this hotel to have friedly and professional staff, great location, and price value was worth ... it. Things I did not like was the hotel pool and gym were small as oppose from the picture you seen in this website. The room and quite comforting except the bathroom was kind of dirty.

Front desk, restaurant staff were all great. Passed management in hall with no greeting or smile. Formerly Executive ... Housekeeper & hospitality always a much when in view of public. Bed, covers, pillows great. Descent room. No free internet, was very disappointed as I assumed this was a large company & that would not be an issue. I stayed at LaQuinta Last month with free internet. Room located in noisy location. Overlooking Miami Ave at the bridge. Cars created sound like a convoy of military trucks. It was hard to get back to sleep in the am. Parking situation sucks there & in Miami in general. Use the Valet parking if you plan on coming & going multiple times.

The service was great. Choice of parking very limited either take advantage of the Bank of America's garage and pay 14.50 a ... night thats only if you keep it parked there all day lol or valet $24 per night. The balcony door didnt open felt very much inclosed didnt like that experience at all.

Excellent Stay @ Hyatt Regency!

This hotel is beautiful with an excellent central location. It's ten minutes from South Beach and Bayside/Port of Miami. And ... it's no more than 15 to Airport, and right in the middle of everything downtown. My friends and I were able to enjoy the Art Deco region, the Brickall area, and all of the nightlife downtown in a matter of minutes. We even recieved complimentary breakfast buffet from booking with Orbitz! I most definently would stay again.

Bayside Marketplace is close by (a 5 minute drive). It has great restaurants, stores, and live entertainment. Boat tours are also available. This is a great place to visit!

Bring a roll of quarters for parking downtown and at night. Valet is at least $7.00 (cash)for dinner or lunch, everywhere. Outstanding restaurants abound, and South Beach is very resonable for late night drinks and food after 12 midnight. Very safe for single ladies.

There are some great Cuban food places like 7 mins walk away from the hotel. It is in the downtown area the only bummer is that everything was closed downtown on Sundays. Try Emilys downtown. Cheap, Small Cafe, and Excellent food.
