This downtown Miami hotel houses travelers doing business at the next-door Miami Convention Center. The Hyatt Regency Miami has miles of space to host conferences and social gatherings in-house. Breakfast was "included" but breakfast buffet didn't have many options and food was cold the two days we went. Parking? What a joke you have to pay to park at the hotel. Go down the street to the parking lot and make deals with the guys who work there. Location was great, employees were awesome and very helpful. Bed very comfortable, rooms were great size but would have liked a refrigerator. Bottles of water in the room were $6.50 WAY over priced. Overall the stay was okay but won't stay there again.

El Vato, Great resturant near Hotel for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Perricone's Marketplace & Cafe- AMAZING ITALIAN RESTURANT!! 100% go there. Food was exceptional, staff was great !!

Decent price for a decent stay
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, location as far as distance to different locations was excellent- was about 10-15 minutes from all of my objectives. Downtown area was not what i expected, stumbled upon far too many homeless people for my comfort.

great downtown location
I had a good experience here, the food was great. However the tv internet did not work properly inside the my room. Everything else was fine

Far from 4 stars.
Beds were too narrow, Staff too slow, Vallet service awfull (30 min waiting average), poor breakfest, pool too small. Bedroom carpets very dirty. Almost dead WiFi. Liked the walk in closet. Dont worth what I did pay and dont deserv 4 stars at all.

Questionable cleanliness
I found the towels a bit unclean and the carpets need a deep cleaning. Not so impressed with this hotel. Dirty wares sat in the corridors for a long time .

Hyatt Downtown
This location is good for the person wanting to be near the culture venues. The Metro mover is within walking distance and free. It will take you to downtown places or connect you to the inter-city train. The bus stop is close by. Some tours pick up here but you pay more than if you book them at Bayside market. Bayside market is trendy and I didn't find any deals there. There is only one place to eat in the Hotel and although Breakfast is great the rest of the meals are over priced and chose is limited. All the eating places downtown are expensive and there are no fast food places. The staff at the front desk are helpful but in the other areas could be better.

Nice Hotel far from south beach
Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Dining options was limited and South Beach, North Beach, Coconut Grove were pretty far from downtown. Renting a car is essential for happiness. A $20 cab ride to South Beach each way. To rent a car $35 a day. More Bang for your buck. Overall hotel was good but far.

Short drive from hotel
There are some great Cuban food places like 7 mins walk away from the hotel. It is in the downtown area the only bummer is that everything was closed downtown on Sundays. Try Emilys downtown. Cheap, Small Cafe, and Excellent food.
