This downtown Miami hotel houses travelers doing business at the next-door Miami Convention Center. The Hyatt Regency Miami has miles of space to host conferences and social gatherings in-house. Tuve un problema al llegar porque
Tuve un problema al llegar porque el hotel estaba sobrevendido y no tenían habitaciones disponibles a pesar de que mi reservación fue pagada por adelantado. En compensación, me enviaron a un hotel de cinco estrellas por un día y luego al regresarme al Hyatt me ofrecieron un upgrade a una suite sin costo, una cortesía de una botella de cava y canapés, parking gratuito y desayunos también sin costo. Creo que valió la pena.

Le personnel est aux petits soins
Le personnel est aux petits soins à tous les niveaux (réception, concierge, agents de sécurité et de nettoyage, cuisiniers, serveurs, etc...). La chambre standard est grande et confortable. Au niveau restauration, c'est plus que correct. On a envie d'y rester toute la journée et laisser le shopping et le tourisme de côté. Il y a même deux stations du MétroMover à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

très agréable
séjour dans un hotel agréable, petit déjeuner très copieux, metro mover à deux pas de l'hotel, très bien situé au centre de la ville, je recommande
