HAD TO PAY UNEXPECTED FEES

Not enough parking for all i had to park on the street and still paid for it, when I was taking a shower the water goes cold and then hot then back to cold and vs., the restaurant and Bar closes to early.location is excellent,rooms are nice and roomy very clean maid service was extremely good, front service manager was not attentive at all to guess needs had a "take it or leave it " Attitude. [...] at the front desk apologized and helps us get our needs resolved.

Bad service, terrible breakfast, addicional fee on parking, and an absurd addicional fee on "resort fee". For sure that hotel is far away from a resort. And it is charged even if you don´t use the pool.

It was a nigth mare since the first moment we walked in. first when we get there with our pakage fully paid for, they ask us to pay a hotel fee of ten dollars per day, we asked why if we already pay for everything and the respond was becuase we have to. when we went up to the room the smell was so bad we have to step out and call the front desk to do something about it so they gave us a new room that looked very old and not clean at all. this hotel is very far from everything and if you take a taxi to the city it will be in the range of $50 dollars. The staff is rude, very unfriendly. the pool is dirty, the food is very bad. The day of departure says on the package that we can check out evening time and when we went down stairs to go to the beach before we leave i got hit with surprise that checking out time was at 12 pm and we had to pay a $60 late leaving fee. yes, yes, yes this is the most horrible hotel in the world. im very dissapointed. Next time i know. ohhh and i was forgetting to say that next to our room there were people making ridiculous things not to name them and nobody did anything eventhough we kept calling the security and the help desk so this hotel is not even safe to stay. i have so many things to say but i think you already got my point

This hotel charges you $10 dollars for beach chairs and towels, this is an automatic charge. I finally got a chance to enjoy the beach around 6 p.m. and on my last day, however, they were already collecting the chairs. They suggested parking for $11 a day, however, you can park your car across from the hotel (parking meter)for $.50 an hour or two hours per $1. Paying meter time is from 8 to 6 p.m.

I f i new thar the trip is was going to be like this i wuold not boock any room, first I have to park my onw car no one to do it , secon I have to ask to be move to another room becouse the one I was staing the next room was so noise that they wake me up at 1.30am and to close this trip the hotel have charge me $310.00 dollars for no reason and with out my autorization , Iam tryn to get that money back.On top off all that the staff need to learn on more customer service all of then.[...]Ernesto Diaz

The hotel didn't offer much on the premises for the guest the pool area was dirty not enough towels the elevators were very slow the walls are very thin. I really didn't get the resort part.

Hotel was on the beach, very clean for Miami standards, rooms were large, 50's style cafe in hotel and staff was friendly. The pool was closed for repair but looked like a nice one. It was only about a ten minute drive to get to the Art Deco/Lincoln Ave. area. We would definitely stay there again.
