Not enough parking for all i had to park on the street and still paid for it, when I was taking a shower the water goes cold and then hot then back to cold and vs., the restaurant and Bar closes to early.location is excellent,rooms are nice and roomy very clean maid service was extremely good, front service manager was not attentive at all to guess needs had a "take it or leave it " Attitude. [...] at the front desk apologized and helps us get our needs resolved.

We celebrited my husbands birthday with family and friends. The hotel is in a great spot just needs to be remodeled in the outside and some in the inside. the lobby area is nice and clean and the dining area is nice but everything is closed and nothing to really do in the hotel for excitment. Honestly we are at the beach and there was no fruity drinks at the bar no live or music just one day and for a little while. The only thing I fell over heels for was the view from my balcony.... If you want to stay somewhere and not be bothered once or asked any questions or anyone bothering you this is the perfect place.

The hotel was okay, not fantastic. It is very dated and needs renovations. The pictures in their ad are not indicative of the actual hotel. We were charged the dreaded resort fee even though I had called the hotel and was told this was already part of the reservation cost that had been charged to my card. My biggest problem with this charge was that we had a late check-in, checked in at 10pm and was charged for this day. With only 2 hours left in the day, I thought this was unnecessary. When I asked about it the man at the desk was very short with me, said, "It is hotel policy, have a nice day." and walked away. We would not stay here again. It was close to anything, making taxi bills a constant part of our vacation expences.

All the furniture and all the installations are too Old, the fabric in the chairs are too dirty, I didn't sit on it, the rest of the room was clean, temperature of the shower was changed to hot and cold, my husband and me were having hard time taking a shower, the only good thing is the beach just few steps away from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is in North Beach and to far from town. It sits right on the beach which is great!! Hotel front desk staff was not friendly at all. Room was small really only made for 2 people, not 4.

Don't be fooled by low price. Hotel will double it by additional charges and fees. Staff is rude and unwelcoming. Will never come back here.

Not the most polite staff - The breakfast is a fiasco - the staff will knowingly mislead you - be careful for additional charges! Elevators are extremely slow and not enough of them - over crowded. Stairs into hotel lobby are just too much when unloading luggage - poor design. Parking was ok - but the entrance is not very safe especially with large vans.

The floors are not carpeted. This is not good because of the ability to keep dry. No towels at the pool even though y need to pay for them. The "hot" tub was cold. It is in a good area, but other than that the hotel is a failure.

Located in north beach. It is quite location. Just a hotel, not too good, but not too bad too.
