Hotel Urbano at Brickell

It was a good experience overall and the location was very good.

Staff was extremely nice, would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The location was perfect, close to downtown miami and other attractions.

I choose this hotel for its location to a project site (business travel). That said, I do expect a certain level of service. Upon booking and arrival, I was not informed that the pool was closed for maintenance. As a preferred member of the Urbano's frequent sleeper program I feel I should have been upgraded or comp'd at least a cup of coffee. I received no warning, no rate adjustment or benefit of any kind. I have also found that the restaurant/bar keeps unpredictable hours and that I cannot rely on getting a meal or drink there. I can't even get a printed receipt upon departure. The Urbano offers no incentive points program: only a free cocktail... but the bar is closed and the pool deck is roped off. I'll be looking for other accommodations. Last time I stayed there I said "one more chance..." Done.

Nice design and very comfortable. In the gate of Crandom Park. I use to go there, that´s why is a very good location for me. Good fitness and pool. Quick valet parking (expensive $ 29 as usual in Miami). Free WiFi in the room . Coffe maker and refrigerator. Very good bed.

Location close to niece. Trolley could take us direct to business locations. Breakfast choices a disappointment. Pool fine. Liked being on first floor.

The experience was extremely enjoyable and pleasant. The staff (chef, bar staff, front desk, housekeepers etc) were really nice and knowledgeable of the hotel and the surrounding areas. Patient and giving. I would return.

This was a gathering to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday so it was important that we all stayed together in the same hotel. The hotel manager was rude, condecending, unhelpfull and unprofessional. He pretty much said "it's not my fault, the booking agent oversold the hotel". Nonetheless not half an hour later I saw a couple check in and get a room. When I asked how it was that they got a room they told me that it had been prepaid. Cruise tour groups? Apparently they mean more revenue than long term customers.  The hotel has turned over every employee since the last time I was here - from the manager and the front desk staff to the executive chef, bartenders and servers.  Too bad - it used to be a nice little comfortable place to stay - no more. I'll never come back and I'll advise everyone I know to stay away. 

The staff was awesome! Juan especially considering it is the late night shift, he was so helpful and knowledgable with the area and events etc. Also the young lady in the day time. (forgot name) Pool area is lovely, and the DRINKS AT BAR GREAT! Modern and clean or renovated rooms glass showers no bath..cleanliness which is my main concern. Only downfall is the hotel does not offer parking on their lot they charge $29.00. but you can find free parking on the street I was lucky..great stay but headed to south beach for the remainder of trip!

From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming, and made us feel like family returning home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and everything in working order. Breakfast was the best I have had in quite some time, and the service was even better. I cannot say much else, other than I know where I will be staying my next trip to Miami. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Urbano!
