Wow- not in a good way!
I would not stay there again. It was located in what appeared to be an abandoned area. Nothing to do close by. When I began to watch tv, the connection kept going out .There was a bad odor when I walked into my room. I also found a few ants. Housekeeping did however come and clean routinely, but i found myself going over the room to make sure they were actually doing their job. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Scary dust bunnies
Police in and out of hallways banging on doors looking for people. Rooms were really dirty, stains on carpet and on box springs of both mattresses, shower was rusted and bathroom counter had burn marks on them, mattress was very worn out, lamp shade was broken. No lighting in the parking lot of the hotel.

this hotel was the worst that i stayed i
when we checked in the staff was very warm and hospitable .the hotel seemed very gloomy the lights in the parking lot were not on ,the elevator the one that was working was very rough when it stopped at each floor. we checked into a room with a king size bed it was ok but it had a table but only one chair.we asked for another with two beds the room that they gave us was not properly cleaned the carpet was very dirty.the phones could call down to the front desk so i had to make 6 or 7 trips to the lobby in that rickety elevator to complain to the person on the front desk, who insisted that the phones were working because hi computer was showing that it was.he never bothered to send some to check the room nor the phone .i was very tired and annoyed and it was late so i just kept the room for the night with the intention to check in the morning.the next morning i went to see the manager but she was not expected to be in until 1 that afternoon .the internet which was only available in the lobby was not working at the time so i couldnt search for another hotel [...].so we stayed there.this hotel needs to be up graded .they only place two towels in the bathrooms, that can sleep 4 persons.i will never stay at that hotel again.

Worst hotel , Disappointed Honeymooners
The reason we choose this hotel was because we were going on our honeymoon the next morning, the hotel was fairly close to the port of Miami and inexpensive. Upon arrival to the hotel we thought WOW this hotel looks pretty nice. We did not expect the hotel to look this nice since we only paid $40.00 dollars a night. We checked in got the room keys then asked the front staff for directions to the nearest Wal-Mart. On the way to the Wal-Mart we realized why the hotel was so cheap THE HOTEL IT LOCATED IN A REALLY BAD PART OF TOWN in my opinion it honestly looks like the ghetto. When we got back to the hotel we asked the front staff if the hotel had security and if the cameras on property worked, the front staff said yes, security walks the property and cameras are functioning. We parked our vehicle literally 20 steps from the front door because there was a security camera facing our vehicle the lobby had glass all around and we could see our car from the lobby with no problem . The next morning my husband goes down to the vehicle and finds someone vandalized our vehicle and tried to break in. We called the police and made a report. The worst part was the so called security cameras we were told worked "were down that night due to a power outage" And when we asked to speak to the security that walks the premises he was no where to be found. The manager did not seem sympathetic nor did she do anything to help us. What a way to start our HONEYMOON.

Glad I only stayed 2 nights!
We only stayed at this hotel 2 night and tried our hardest not to spend anytime there. The pool was dirty there was lizards all over the place. The breakfast was complimentary but horrible so we ate out instead. They had bagels and they were so hard and burnt at that. The receptionist was extremely nice but other than her nobody speaked english. The TV in the room had 5 channels. The location is horrible. There is nothing in that area and seem to be in a very bad part of town. If its for a night or two then the price is right but I dont recommend for vacation.

Horror story
Worst experience ever! General manager Caroline Laurence should be terminated IMMEDIATELY! She lacked professionalism, empath, care, understanding and all other necessary qualities any sort of manager should posses. There were roaches, caterpillars, ants, and blood staied beds just to name a FEW of the inivicable things In the room. If u r staying here, pack it bags immediately and run for cover!!!

DO NOT BOOK
Pictures on website look good but when you get there you are in for a surprise. Hotel is next to 2 abandoned stores and the hotel smells awful. The floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed and the night manager tried to rip me off. They charge a 50 refundable fee which I get but 10 mins after the night manager ran my card for that he tried to run my card for 250 more dollars which was flagged by my bank thank goodness. Also there were women that I saw over and over who were bringing different men into the hotel the whole week I was there. I was down for business and my mom wanted to go and bring the grandkids. NOT kid friendly hotel.Don't book a room

Not A Three Star Hotel !!!
The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating HOWEVER the facility appears to be in foreclosure. The first room the first night had no face clothes and only one hand towel even upon request. The dust was thick. The lamp shades were made of plastic which broke off into your hand when touched. Telephone had no dial tone. No hair dryer and when we left to find food which did not exist in the vicinity of the hotel, we discovered the door lock malfunctioned leaving us exposed to danger all night. That was just in the first room the first night. The second room at least had a working phone. We did however share the second room with roaches. There was no in room iron or ironing board and only decaf coffee in the continental breakfast. Again the staff was great. Did I mention no place to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The picture of the hotel is of days gone by. Long gone!!
