Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-West at Doral Blvd

THIS HOTEL IS IDEAL FOR ANY STAY. YOU COULD NOT FAULT THIS HOTEL AT ALL. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THERE IS NO ACTUAL RESTAURANT ON SITE, ONLY A BAR THAT SERVES PIZZA AND BURGERS OR AN ORDER IN MEAL SERVICE

hotel is right next to turnpike ,decent hotel ,beds comfortable ,shopping close by,only anoying thing was elevator broke entire 4 day stay.

I just complete a short one night layover at this Hampton Inns....before my return to Argentina. I ordered a total of 11 boxes of items to be shipped and held at this Hampton....At every juncture...the staff were courteous and most helpful to make sure our stay was truly memorable. I highly recommend this Hampton for anyone wishing to shop at the Dolphin Outlet Mall...We will be back

We arrived at the airport and went to the shuttle area,we saw several Hampton Inn shuttlesmaking their second trip thru the airport but not the Doral Hampton shuttle. I stopped one of the other Hampton Vans and was told to call the hotel directly. Took another 45 minutes to be picked up. You are standing on a 2 foot wide sidewalk nowhere to seat and waiting and waiting affraid to leave cause you have no idea when the lone van will come along.when we finnaly were picked up we went to a WalMart parking lot and drove throughthe parking lot slowly to pick up passengers there,then went to another shopping center and trolled thru a Best Buy parking lot and sat outside the entance and honked the horn for no one to show up and then finally went thru all kinds of back roads to the hotel.(think Family Circus cartoon) finally arriving at hotel 2 HOURS after arriving at the pick up location. They only have 1 shuttle and they send it everywhere not what a traveler is hopeing for after a long flight. There should be a minimum of 2 shuttles one leaving hotel while other leaving airport and if they wanna run a shopping shuttle thats fine just not at the expence of the wheiry traveler. One the upside there is a great Cuban Reasurant across the street.

the location is fantastic for shopping.the shopping shuttle makes you wait at the mall though if it goes to the airport for about an hour since there is only one shuttle. great service from staff though!!! breakfast was good...will be going back.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The rates were higher the time we were there, a bit expensive I thought. Other than that, everything was good.

My room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The bed was particularly nice, and I slept hard even the first night (which doesn't alway happen for me.) There's a nice outdoor pool and sports bar. Unfortunately, they were in the middle of a remodel of the reception area so I had to navigate the construction site materials and some noise between 8am and 6pm. (I was notified of this upon check-in.) Breakfast was included in the price and was a cut above most continental breakfasts. I will definately tray there again.

We stayed two days before boarding a ship for a cruise. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful in suggesting things to do or places to visit. I have encountered friendlier staff in other Hampton Inns.

It was a good and decent hotel to stay. Only noise of the cars passing by on the highway next to the hotel

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast would stop again if in the area
