great place to stay
My stay was a pleasent one, very friendly staff members, verey nice rooms clean and comfortable. the Breakfast Buffet was a great way to start the day, the food was tasty and fresh and at a very reasonable price. I especially like the security of no one being able go to floors above the Lobby without having a room key. Our stay was a pleasure and I highly recommend it.

Forgot my wake up call!!!
Great location, great room, decent price. Nice thick walls, or very quiet neighbors. Super clean room, decent continental breakfast and omelet bar. The only real negative was they forgot our wake up call...

Good location and friendly staff, but ...
The location of hotel was good and most of staff was very friendly. I forgot the name of a person who checked me in but he was very nice and friendly. For the amount of money I paid, mattress was in very bad condition. The mattress feels like it has been used forever and it squeaks. The bathroom tile was stained and dirty, and it has grout patches which looks like 6 year old boy done the job. I have so many other things to comment, but why waist time.If you are going to stay at this hotel, please bring your own water to drink.

Ok for the price
Everything was average except the car valet service. It was very poor. The first day, I had to wait over 45 minutes for my car and was late for a very important business meeting (the purpose of the trip). Other guests were waiting also. Would recommend they hire additional staff.

Great Service
Hotel was good, we had a little inconvenience due to mold on the room they gave us but as soon as we spoke to them they gave us a much better room and they were very helpful with the situation. Location is awesome, in the middle of shopping mall and restaurants if that is what you are looking for. Cons: Valet is the only option for parking and is pricey $11 per day and breakfast is not included so, at the end be prepared to pay around $37 more per night.

Just what I needed!
Could not be anymore perfect for my trip purposes. I spent much of my days out so the comfortness and other details were just right. Would be excelent if the pool was bigger as well as the gym.
