This hotel is convenient to the airport and is located on its own secure campus with two other Marriott hotels. Check in staff member was helpful and quick. Room was very comfortable with updated decor. Ate at the Champions restaurant in the hotel. Service was a bit poor, food was good but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

excellent location and the room is super
The hotel lobby is super excellent. the free internet at the lobby, free coffee and the staff are courteous. we enjoyed our stay and when we come back to miami, we will stay at this hotel again.

Very nice stay for the price!
Very nice hotel for the price. Staff was very nice except for one lady at thhe reception desk. She was pretty rude over the phone when we called with a few questions.

Nicer than I thought it wold be!
I chose this hotel because it was near the airport. The last time I was in Miami I picked a different airport hotel and it was terrible. All of the Marriotts are right next to each other. The pool and grounds were well kept and each hotel lobby had a different feel, all were relaxing and stylish.

Reasonable room, poor food
We arrived late at Miami and the hotel was right on top of the hotel - which was great. Likewise the next morning, it was really convenient using the shuttle from the hotel to get to the airport. The downsides: - tired and scuffed decor; it would be retro-chic if it wasn't both garish and rather shaby - room smelled damp - uninterested staff

Convenient Airport Location, Great Rooms
The room was more upscale than other Courtyards I have stayed at. Some staff interactions were very good, others weren't. We went out for dinner and wanted coffee at the hotel There was no more coffee in the lobby because it was late. We went into the restaurant and the waiter told us that they had no coffee brewed and they couldn't be bothered to brew more. I said something to the hostess on the way out. She walked us over to the full service Marriott next door, made sure we were seated and made sure we could get coffee. This was great service far above what we could have expected. We had a hard time getting out of the parking lot twice. The key cards issued to us did not work to let us out. The room was a bit on the high side for a Courtyard, but was worth the money. The additional $15 a night for parking was outrageous considering that it is not a downtown venue with limited parking. Free internet and HDTV were a plus.
