ok place
It is an ok place to stay. Our room smelled like some cleaning chemicals and we asked for another room, in which the gentleman working at the front desk did with no questions asked.The breakfast was good and there are some places to eat close by.

Location is perfect, a big shopping mall at walk distance very clean from desk saff very helpful. the only remark i have nex day i went out from 9 AM to 4PM and my room was not made up when i back to the hotel, other than that i'm very please with the Country inn suites

Great Room but Rude Staff
The room was very nice and comfortable and very clean. The whole place was wonderful until I went to check out and the front desk woman was extremely rude and another font desk woman who wa leavin her shift was also very ride to me and degrading, talking to the other woman like I was an idiot....I asked for a receipt for my stay and they refused to give it to me claiming they do not give receipts if you pay ahead of time, and each front desk woman was rude in the way she told me this giving me rude looks and Talmud down to me. The manager was the same way and He made me wait for him to feel like coming out to speak with me just to be rude to me. Will not stay jere again for this reason only. They have to to do something about their staffing. No hotel I have ever been in has been rude like this.

The Melting Pot is right down the road and is Excellent! The staff is amazing and the food and experience is worth the money!

I love this chain
This is the second time and second location that I have used this hotel chain. The first time was in Orlando and now in Miami. Fantastic! Super nice people. The free breakfast is a buffet! Great food! Always clean. In a beautiful part of town. I walked to Kohls and a huge shopping center right behind it! I would MOST DEF use this hotel again.

There is a Publix right behind the hotel. My room had a fridge and a microwave in it if you dont mind warm up. Cheaper than going out every night.

Very decent
The hotel was very clean and having a small fridge and a microwave oven in the room was a very good plus for someone who's traveling with small children. The WiFi system was really weak (even for the hotel's own computer) and it didn't work sometimes. Also, I paid for a king size bed, but the bed actually had to single mattresses insted of a king mattress.
