Good experience, in general. The hotel lacks a more informal dining facility. The guest is practically forced to eat at the ... restaurant in the facility. I went to eat a light dinner at the adjacent Marriott

Not worth the money

The location was nice, as was the restaurant, but not worth the money I paid. We had a deluxe bay view for just under $300 ... and were very surprise how small the room was. The view was also obstructed by a large hotel or condo so you could only see part of the bay from a couple blocks away. The was also no balcony in the room which would have been nice. There was also no shuttle service to the airport or in our case, the cruise pier. And the elevators were a but odd in that one shaft went from the ground floor to floor 25 (where you check in) and you had to take another to your room, so you had to transfer on the 25th floor each time you came or went.

The Blue Martini is a club just a couple blocks away. Ask how to get there and you'll see other options (bars, restaurants) in that same area.

i really enjoyed because the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice!!! But parking fee is expensive! if ... you think the rent car, forget it because it costs a lot. Use cap! you will love this hotel

Beautiful views as you are in the lobby checking in and the staff is very hospitable. The room was spotless and well ... maintained. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The only thing we didn't like was that parking was really expensive. Great location, very close to everything, great dining, 15 min to beach, 5 min to downtown.

When the taxi drove up to the Conrad, I knew we were in for a treat. The hotel was art deco, well lit and impeccably ... decorated. We were checked in by a deliteful woman, and I mentioned how we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. We were given a small tour of the Conrad, which impressed us greatly. When we opened the door to our room, we were overwhelmed in how beautiful the room was. A super comfy bed with a down comforter , 4 large down pillows, was like sleeping on a cloud. Bathroom, kitchenet were top notched. We heard a knock at the door, and lord and behold we were presented with chocholate covered strawberries and a bottle champaine for our anniversary. We had a great time and loooove the CONAD!

There is free transportation across the street from the hotel to a great marketplace, ( I forget the name) that is so enjoyable. You can shop, eat, sight see, and tour, then get back on the train to the hotel. Great!
