Very nice extended stay hotel
Candlewood suites-Miami West was very comfortable, the studio had a kitchenette with full refrigerator, two burner hot plate and microwave. It had a large table that could easily be used as a desk. Free high speed internet and ample number of outlets makes it ideal for business travelers. As an extended stay hotel maid service is weekly not daily which may be a drawback to some travelers. I enjoyed the cupboard which is basically an honor system convenience store with everything you'd ever need (except for alcohol,beer or wine. The location was ideal, only 10 minutes from Miami International Airport. Eventhough it does not have a restaraunt on site there are plenty of restaraunts within a 5 min drive from the hotel.

Great value for your money
This was my first stay at Candlewood Suites and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and amenities that were available. I would definitely give this hotel ****four stars.

Short drive from hotel
A great restaurant to dine at is Tony Roma's which is only a few kilometers from the hotel on 87th Ave.
