Best Miami Hotel

I was somewhat skeptical about staying at this hotel because it was so hard to find initially and there isnt an actual sign on the hotel just a banner, but once we went inside I was very surprised at how nice it is. And the fact that its open in the middle where the pool is was a plus, it made for great late night swimming. I never really saw any of the staff, but our room was cleaned daily and we had plenty of towles and other things. The location is great, considering I went during Spring Break and didnt want to be right on the beach with all the Spring Breakers. It was about 15-20 miles away from all of the places we wanted to visit. The only drawback is that it is about 20 miles from the beach and if it hadn't been Spring Break I would have wanted to stay a bit closer to the beach. All in all I will definately stay at this hotel the next time Im in Miami.

Although it rained all weekend, my stay at the Hotel was exciting and fun. Especially the pool. The room was very neat and customer service was great. The parking lot is convenient and close to our rooms.

The price was terrific, the room was nothing too special but it was clean. The hotel is old but they have updated it nicely. Sorry, no restaurant! Also, morning coffee is very limited. The staff did a great job assisting us. We used the hotel as a base the night we arrived in Miami. The next day the complimentary shuttle took us to our cruise ship. A week later they picked us up and took us to the hotel. The next morning we were shuttled to the airport. Great service!

Convenient location less than a block from the metro. Nice pool area/bar outside, pretty clean rooms.

Even though it was not too expensive to stay here for 2 nights, I felt that some services were lacking. I waited sooo long just to check in, there were no laundry facilities, which would greatly help those staying in the hotel, and the internet wireless connection was poor that most would only get a connection, if lucky, if they went downstairs to the main lobby.

Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet area. I'm from the Orlando area and was super satisfied for the price. Their complimentary breakfast was just coffee and white or wheat bread. Better than nothing. The only problem I did have was the mention of parking when checking in. It should have been mentioned on the website I booked it through. They have a garage for the cars, why charge?Room also included a small fridge. No extra charge for that too.

Very positive: friendly staff, very good cleaning ladies, close to the trainstation, which takes you to the beach. I didn't like the shade at the pool all day. And the breakfast was a little small. Two toasts with jelly, little coffee and orange juice was not enough for breakfast. Was a nice hotel though and i would come back.

Rooms were clean. Laminate flooring gave cleaner feel to room than having old carpet. Beds were clean though not the most comfortable. Staff very courteous and helpful. There is a nice pool (outdoor), an okay workout room typical of motel/hotels. My only complaint was the free continental breakfast.... Consisted of plastic wrapped honey buns and the like... The sort which come from a vending machine. Also had terrible coffee, ok orange juice and some cold cereal. Would stay here again, excellent value and clean.

The service at the hotel was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. They kept our luggage safe and allowed us to lounge by the pool since we arrived several hours prior to check-in time. The room was clean and comfortable, especially for just one night. The free shuttle transportation from Miami International Airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the sea port terminal were the main reason we booked this hotel. The only complain we have is about the "continental breakfast". They only offer packaged danish, cereal, coffee, and orange juice. We expected better food options for the price we paid. Other than poor breakfast options the Best Miami Hotel is a good hotel for the price. *Also, be prepared to pay a $2.00 fee per day for the safe in your room, regardless if you want to use the safe or not.
