My experience was ggod, but the picture they displayed on the screen was not the room I recieved.

overall good experience. However, this is not a hotel with smoking rooms [...]. I had requested one and was confirmed, but all of the rooms are ns.

Good clean room, nice service. Convenient to Walmart and many other food/shopping needs.

Looked around and went to the Kennedy Space Centre

We booked through [...] 2 months prior to our trip. When we arrived they checked us in and sent us up to our room which was a King room and we need two beds (traveling with 2 children. They then changes us to the correct room until... I went into the bathroom and noticed a horrible smell, after opening the lid on the toilet and finding an awful mess! I call down to see if they would onnce again change our room. We were told that was the last open room and they would send housekeeping up. We then left to go sight seeing. We retuned rather late and was very ready to climb into bed. My two year old says YAY I found a balloon! OMG it was a USED condom!!!!! We called down once again and were told they would send up new sheets but they could NOT refund us so we could go somewhere else! AWFUL place please save yourself the harassment and do not stay here!!!

pre paid breakfast for 7 days, was charged anyway. complaining didn`t do much good.requested a fridge a month before the trip.wasn`t there when we checked in.

No fan in bath , high humidity. The stopper in the tub would not work so I could not take a hot soaking bath. Only two towels for two people, should be at least four. Had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. No ice in the ice machine. Desk clerk had to go to the kitchen for ice. Every room received a morning newspaper but mine for both days and had no extra papers at the front desk. . TV was fuzzy, maintenance man came but could not fix the TV> so he gave me a complimentary ticket for a breakfast, which turned out to be the best thing about the hotel. Great Breakfast. Roaches in the room, would NOT stay at this Holiday Inn again unless I was stranded and there was nothing else available and I was desperate to stay somehwere. The desk clerk was very courteous but had little control over the many probles associated with my stay, however I was never offered a different room. . I would NEVER recommend this hotel. John Ryals

It would have been nice to have a refridgerator, and a microwave. The staff was very helpful and kind, and we were there to visit family. It was most enjoyable. Staff made you feel as if you were at home.
