Family vacation
This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Its close to a shopping mall and nice restaurants. The restaurant inside the hotel has great food at a inexpensive price so don't miss out on that at your stay!

Comfortable and clean!
We arrived and were able to check in with no problems at all. The staff was all very nice. The pool was clean and very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was great, the sheets were lovely. The a/c unit was very nice and not too loud, and we weren't woken up by people yelling in the hallways in the middle of the night which has happened to us far too many times. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Beach Bum Susie
Family reunion
A relative in the area recommended this hotel for a family reunion in the area and we all wanted to be in the same hotel. It was disappointing for a Holiday Inn. The rug in our room had an oily residue. You could not put anything on the floor or walk barefoot. There was no vent in the bathroom so it remained hot and steamy after a shower. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room. Also the ice buckets were extremely small. The pool was ok but would have liked a hot tub. They also did not have a complimentary breakfast. There was a restaurant on site but the portions were small.

Lots of unwanted hidden treasures!
We booked through [...] 2 months prior to our trip. When we arrived they checked us in and sent us up to our room which was a King room and we need two beds (traveling with 2 children. They then changes us to the correct room until... I went into the bathroom and noticed a horrible smell, after opening the lid on the toilet and finding an awful mess! I call down to see if they would onnce again change our room. We were told that was the last open room and they would send housekeeping up. We then left to go sight seeing. We retuned rather late and was very ready to climb into bed. My two year old says YAY I found a balloon! OMG it was a USED condom!!!!! We called down once again and were told they would send up new sheets but they could NOT refund us so we could go somewhere else! AWFUL place please save yourself the harassment and do not stay here!!!
