The room was ok. I didn't like having to pay for amenities, such as internet, maid service (not available on weekends). Also not available on weekends was the breakfast. The room was not well sound insulated either, we could hear the people walking around above us, and the people next store talking.

We had a non-smoking room on the third floor and stayed 2 nights. It was a great bonus to have a full kitchen with all the dishes. The room was large, not fancy but functional. The free continental breakfast was light but sufficient. The only detractor was that 1/2 of the third floor rooms allow smoking. As soon as we got off the elevator we were hit with the stench of stale smoke. We checked in very late at night so did not comment about it until we were leaving. The staff was very friendly and offered that when we stay again we should request a room on the first or second floor as they are completely non-smoking. We will probably stay again.

Front desk staff were particularly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and eager to accommodate. Room was spacious, well-appointed and cheerful. Breakfast: (Mon-Fri) was quite sufficient for those who wish a light mean - which I do. Location: great, within easy walking distance to any number of shops and restaurants. Lack of DAILY housekeeping: no problem - I prefer not having to schedule my time around room maintenance. Fresh towels available on request - pick up, not delivery, unless requested. I've stayed at long-term hotels for double the price with amenities no better.

What a convience this hotel was. It was christmas time and there was no more room at the in-laws so me and my two year old stayed here for one night. The FULL kitchen handled all of our needs. Our room was very clean and we were very comfortable. I wish our stay could have been a bit longer.

My room was broken into on the first night, they did not offer me a new room, sent some guy with a screwdriver to "fix the door" I ended up leaving [...]

Rooms are generally noisy.

I Went there because the price was great and the room had a full kitchen. Eventhrou the bed was very comfortable, the best thing I like was that it always had a recliner. That recliner made my day because I was there because I was having surgery, and not being comfortable laying in the bed, I spend two night sleeping on the recliner that was very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest is putting more vary of breatfast food for those who can not find the time in the morning to cook breatfast or go to a fast food resturant because of business. I think it would also help them with more business.
