Let me start by saying that I am pretty easy to please, but this place was shabby at best, [...] It's not like it is a hostel and I should expect no ammenities. I trust this site to get me decent places to stay, and this was definitely not. The only good things I can say is it was a comfy mattress, and a good location right next to I-95. I had to go looking for one single garbage can, they gave us 2 towels, period. No bath mat, no hand towels. The AC leaked onto the floor inside. The maid service was non-existent, all they did was take towels and leave towels. There was no coffee anywhere when you wake up before 7,(and you had to buy it then from the IHOP in front), no blow dryer, no iron, no remote for the TV. These are all basic services, that any decent establishment provides. [...]

My daugther and I stayed at the hotel the night before we visited Florida Tech. The room was clean and provided the basic services...two beds (somewhat comfortable or at least at first), clean (but older) sheets, TV with cable, window AC unit (although it was a little weak), etc. The room was non-smoking and didn't smell. Overall we felt safe, despite the door opening to the outside like your average old fashion motels and the price was VERY reasonable right around $50. So if you are in a pinch and are just passing through I would recommend this hotel. However, if you are going to stay for more then one evening I would suggest staying something a little more comfortable.

This hotel is terrible.The carpet was filthy, the tub had pubic hair in it , no toilet paper at all in one room ,burn mark's on floors, furniture and also on the bedding.No Coffee maker or fridge . Bedding atrocious. The smell in the room was enough to make you sick ,and besides that you could not call the office as the phones for the whole complex were out of service. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

There were no blanket in the room. When I asked, they said: It is Florida, not Alaska.

THE BIGGEST TURN OFF WAS THE BATHROOM. THE TOILET DIDN'T FLUSH PROPERLY AND THE TUB WAS DIRTY. AFTER TAKING A SHOWER I NOTICE THAT IT DIDN'T DRAIN PROPERLY AS WELL. NO IRON TO PRESS MY CLOTHES. THERE ISN'T MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD. HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET SO NEXT TIME I DO GO OUT THERE I WILL BOOK WITH HOLIDAY INN.

It was the worst hotel we ever stayed in, NOT even a 2 * . We had NO water pressure the entire stay. NO towels for all of us. WE had to ask for more towels and they only gave us two big towels and our 3 year old son had to use a hand towel. they are RUDE and not HAPPY to work there. I will never go there again and i will tell my friends too. and the IHOP waiter was all by himself with alot of people and no help!!!

they put everyone on the side of the motel where interstate construction was going on all night; no one could sleep, those who left slammed doors.day manager wouldn't let us check in until 1pm, said he was busy?[...]DON'T STAY HERE
