For me is a great place close malls, beaches,theaters, cool places to eat. Very clean areas,nice pool, very nice lobby.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. I had a shoe blowout & they were very helpful in directing me towards shopping & food for dinner. Room was nice, clean, with plenty of room to get comfy but the room had a echo sound every time you said or did something. Said it was a king size bed, but looked like a queen size, was comfortable until you started sleeping & you kinda "fell" into the middle. Bathroom was nice, shower/tub combo was on the small side but had a wonderful shower head & LOTS of hot water. Very clean and nicely presented, the decor was very relaxing. Didn't check out the pool area as it was storming outside. We were on the first floor right next to a side entrance so you could hear every time the door was opened & everything that went on in the hall. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would highly recommend a visit.

Excellent comfort for sleeping, good quality sheets, good pillows, large TV, clean bathroom, clean floors, up to date.

Recently stayed at this Courtyard and had my suitcase stolen out of my rental vehicle. The hotel said that they did have security, (though none that I saw), but that unfortuntely there wasn't much they could do because they did not have cameras in the parking lot, only in the lobby. They did refer me to the signs that warned that they did not have responsibility in the parking lot. I accepted this and since I had to continue my travels did not opt to call the police because I was sure that there wasn't much that could do. Two days later I received a call that my bag mysteriously showed up at the front desk. Apparently it sat there all day without anyone noticing. They offered to send it back and took my credit card information. A couple of days later, I received an email from the manager asking me for my credit card information so that they could send it back. I was frustrated that it sat there for 5 days without being shipped. This whole thing has seemed like no big deal for them and I was really taken aback by the poor customer service. When I inquired into their investigation, they said that they could not review the lobby cameras because of privacy and inkeeper laws...unless I had a police investigation or warrant. Apparently a maid did see someone drop it there...but did not think anything more. From a security standpoint...I question how a bag could sit next to the front desk for hours without anyone checking it...AND...then not concerned with reviewing the security camera. Who knows what could have been in that bag??? As far as the facility goes, the place is adequate. Like many of the Courtyards now, they have replaced the complimentary coffee with the opportunity to wait in long Bisto lines to purchase an over priced cup of Starbucks. I did tackle that line and when my oatmeal was delivered, it did not have the banana and orange juice...so back in line I went. I could not recommend this hotel when staying in the area...and I am a very loyal platinum Marriott Rewards member.

The hotel location, cleanliness, value were exactly what I expected. The only thing I was disappointed with was the departure day breakfast. The place was not overly busy when I arrived (~9:00), but they were out of two types of coffee (Starbucks), and it took approx ten minutes to get fresh, hot coffee in the urns. I'm sorry, that is inexcusable and unacceptable on a Sunday morning!

Person above us kept us awake greater part of the night stomping, marching or something!!! Found out was a sheriff group there. Made for a miserable night and too late to move to another room at midnight!!

The room was clean and very nice. The staff was helpful with my questions and offered excellent suggestions on where to eat. I would stay there again. I would also recommend this hotel to a friend.

It was a fine nights stay. Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. You have to pay for breakfast. I would stay there again.
