Had a great time

The Apollo on Marco Island is a great place, felt VERY safe and relaxed. Loved the spa and the beach was wonderful. We got to see the most amazing sunset!!! The only problem we had is that we stayed in unit 607 and the bed was horrible, my poor wife ended up on the couch for the whole weekend, the bed gave her back, neck and shoulder pain, we did call horizen and all they did was fip the bed, did no good. We would stay at The Apollo on Marco Island again but will not stay in unit #607.

Apollo Condominiums on Marco Island

We had difficulty in retrieving our key to the condo. Orbitz had sent us a confirmation using letters of the alphabet. We required a confirmation using numbers. Our keys were labled #55 and our unit was #202. This caused some confusion in locating the unit. When we finally found our unit it appeared to be occupied. This was not the case - the bedclothes were gathered in such a fashion is looked like someone was in bed. There were towels on the bathroom and kitchen floor. Other than this negative experience upon arrival the condo was easily accessible to the beach. The pool was clean and large.
