Predictable comfort

My first time to the Keys...i was a little reluctant to try a place with more local 'character'. This hotel was as you would expect...comfortable rooms, free wi-fi, nice pool, restaurant a few steps away, respectable free breakfasts. No complaints.

Would Stay There Again!

An excellent Hotel experience. Rooms were spacious, including bathrooms, and very clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Great breakfast included in room booking. Nice pool and personal fitness center, as well. Upscale restaurant next door was also convenient..

very good family getaway

We enjoyed the location, the amenities and evreything else this hotel offers. Fruits are missing at breakfast. Environment was very good (marina and restaurant next to the hotel). Fan was not working in the bathroom and it was difficult to dry our swimming suits and other stuff.

Good place to stay halfway through the Keys

This is a standard HI Express with continental breakfast. Room a bit on the small side. Staff friendly and responsive. A good halfway-point stay if you're traversing both ends of the Keys.

Good Hotel

Found the hotel as described - clean, updated, good breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes and more. Had all the amenitites plus we were srprised to find snorkeling, sunset cruise, fishing right our the back door at water's edge, including a full restaurant bar. We had two rooms for 3 days, and when we had to cancel the last day, staff refused to make any refund or accomodation, though Orbitxz was willing to do so, and there was high demand for rooms, so otel could easily lhave re-rented. Not nice. Also rooms for our last night did not get made up until nearly 6 pm. Otherwise a good overall experience.

Just Okay...

Although the breakfast was excellent, I requested wake-up calls two days in a row that never came. Luckily, I woke up on my own and was not late for my meetings.
