Enjoyed The Dolphins
Pros : dolphins, salt water lagoon, fire pit, driving distance to great restaurants ( girl at the front desk very friendly and gave great suggestions) Cons : had to wait to check in the room, 3 people from housekeeping in the room when we did get in , room was not clean , hair in the shower, dirty bathroom. Everyday had to get supplies from the cart: coffee, cups, towels, toilet paper. Room smelled musty.

Very nice resort!
What a surprise to find a resort with everything you need right on the property. They even have a dolphin facility next to the lagoon! Every staff member we encountered was professional and courteous and they promptly addressed every request. It was as pleasant an experience as I have had in the 20 years I have been vacationing in the Keys. This is definitely where I will be booking my next stay.

Nice Anniversary Getaway
The hotel was located in a beautiful area. The hotel sits right by the water and is near a Marina. We chartered a boat which was great. The Final Final crew was amazing. The grounds were well kept and pretty. The Tranquilty Pool was very nice as well. Hotel staff was nice and accomidating. The room itself was okay. The coffee machine did not work properly. One of the lamp shades did not work and had a big stain on it. The room wasn't as clean as I had hoped for, especailly for the money. The shower, however was really neat and huge. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a couple of days to just get away and relax for mine and my husbands one year anniversary.

Great Facility
Perfect location, wonderful facility. Impeccably maintained. Rooms were above average for the price and kept up to date and fresh. Only thought was that some of the staff seemed a little amateurish and not well seasoned. Still couldn't lower my appreciation for a beautiful, tranquil vacation spot.
