Excellent Stay
The Regal Sun Resort was a charm to stay in. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and eye-pleasing. The hotel had several amenities to offer (we did not take advantage of them all since we only stayed 2 nights), such as pool, bar, cafeteria, restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located less than a block from Downtown Disney (it took us 5 minutes to walk to/from). I would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone and I would gladly choose this hotel for future stays.

I'd recommend visiting Downtown Disney when you have already visited the Theme Parks because it is a short walk and most stores close at 11PM and the night clubs close later, so there's plenty of time to do a little bit of everything.

close to shopping
We had quick check in even though we arrived quite early in the day. Our room faced the parks so we could see fireworks in the evening. It is a quick walk to Downtown Disney and the shuttles to the parks come every 30 min. out in front of the hotel. The room service was exceptional, they did whatever they could to accomodate us.

great hotel
great hotel for the price. THE ROOM WAS NEW AND CLEAN. DID NOT EAT AT HOTEL BUT THE STARBUCKS COFFEE IN THE LOBBY WAS A GREAT START TO EVERY DAY. LOVED THE NEW UPGRADED POOL AREA BUT THE HOT TUB WAS NOT HOT ENOUGH (like a warm bath} ,THOUGHT OF COMPLAINING TO FRONT DESK BUT ME AND THE WIFE WERE SO BUSY THAT WE NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO GO IN AGAIN . THEY SHOULD REALLY KEEP THE POOL AREA OPEN LATER BECAUSE WHEN U GET BACK FROM THE PARKS (LATE} IT WOULD BE NICE TO GO INTHE POOL OR RELAX IN THE HOT TUB.OTHER THAN THAT THE HOTEL WAS GREAT ,AWSOME LOCATION TOO. HAD A GREAT TRIP I WOULD STAY AGAIN ..

Clean, classy & fun
The staff was very helpful, and we loved the complimentary shuttle to Pleasure Island. This will be our monthly spot to stay when visiting Orlando.

what a great hotel. very nice room ,the pool was fantastic, great amenities, large bathroom plenty of closet space. the most comfortable beds,rooms were quiet and dark great for sleeping. the staff is very helpful and cater to your every need. one block from downtown Disney plus buses stop at front of hotel to take you to all the theme parks. My wife and I had a great vacation this year and really enjoyed our stay at Regal sun Resort. don't be afraid to stay here there are no suprises.

Customer oriented
The staff and hotel itself were very nice. They were friendly, smiling, courteous and helpful with questions. The young lady who checked me in could not have been nicer or more efficient. She did a great job, and it took me less than 4 minutes to get checked in. My wife and I will stay there again.

For people who want to visit Disney, but can't afford their rates, this is a great alternative. They are within 2 minutes of Downtown Disney shopping and Resturants. They can also catch the buses from the hotel to the disney parks. Great location and Value.
