We recently stayed here for a convention being held in town. Upon arrival we were immediately set back by the rude staff before we ever got in the door. I travel a lot for business, and just expect common courtesy. This was not the case when the valet was incredibly rude and would not even let us stop to unload our bags and check in as soon as he found out we were not ready to valet our vehicle. It was not a busy night, and there were only a couple of other vehicles coming and going. We then checked in and preceded to ask if this was hotel policy as every other hotel I have stayed in at least let you unload your belongings...not park a half a mile away and then walk to check in. Upon checking in there were 3 other people waiting to speak with the manager on duty...this is never a good sign in my book. One guest was cancelling the remaining nights on her visit due tot he rude staff...the manager came up and did nothing to right the situation, didn't even say I'm sorry. It was poor customer service to say the least, and it continued the rest of the trip. I was very disappointed with this, I do not expect anything out of the ordinary...just being nice would be ok...however this was not what we expereinced. Was a very disappointing stay.

Disappointed Customer
Girls Disney Weekend
Overall we had a good experience. We only had two complaints. The staff wasn't as friendly as we would have hope for example we got called over to the check in then the lady just did something on the computer and didn't even say hello please give me a minute or anything. The sheets were rough even though the bed was comfortable. The good things was the locations was great, you can walk to Downtown Disney and the parks are a short bus ride away. Also, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wyndham hotel Disney World
Coffee machine was broken it took over an hour to get it replaced. The iron did not work as well and other hour to get that replaced. The hotel is like a motel nothing like the Wyndham Hotels I have stayed in the past. The bar was never open!!! After paying in full they wanted a resort fee!!! Per night!!! I would NOT recommend this hotel/motel to anyone

Mid Range Resort
Great Price, Hotel is dated but beds and bedding is comfortable, I would not call it a Resort, its more like a hotel with a water feature in he pool. My complaints are that the pool was not heated as described, hotel room were dated and there was only one hotel type restaurant with terrible service. The good things was its located next to Downtown Disney and the Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They push a time share seminar when you check in but are not pushy if you tell them you are not interested right up front. They provide shuttle service to the parks but it takes from 45 min to a hour to get tot he park after they pickup at the other 2 hotels. Don't waste you money on a park hopper pass unless you intend on going from Magic Kingdom to Epcot, there is a Disney monorail between them. All other parks you need to take the slow shuttles and you waste over a hour hopping to the other parks. If your on a budget this is the hotel if not try Disney Hotel that is closer to the park you plan on spending more time at.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
ARRIVED AT 12:00 AM, THEY GAVE ME A ROOM OUT SIDE THE TOWER THEY TOLD ME THAT THOSE WERE THE ROOMS THAT WERE GIVEN TO RESERVATION GIVEN TO 3RD PARTYS AS OF THE RESERVATION MADE BY THIS SITE, NO SECURITY OBSERVED, PEOPLE OUT SIDE THE ROOMS SMOKING, LOUD AT THIS TIME.

Occasional Orlando Travel
Convenient for Disney vacation
Hotel has a high quality presence with a mix of motel and hotel rooms. We actually liked the motel room setup for its convenient access to the great pool and our car. Disney transport was probably as good as any property anywhere (except the Disney resorts themselves). Combine that with the free hotel parking and it's a moneysaver. Yes, you can walk to Downtown Disney in 5 to 10 minutes. That was a first for us, much appreciated!

amazing vacation!
Great view, great service, great location, overall this hotel is amazing. When i got to the hotel i was taken care of righg away and it was just a few steps away from downtown disney. I most definetly will be back in December.
