Great location to get around Disney World. Easy walking distance to Downtown Disney. Can use the hotel shuttles or catch Disney transportation at Downtown Disney. Hotel staff was exremely friendly and accomodating. Definitly will stay here again!

Very nice Hotel and staff. Willing to drop whatever they were doing to accomodate your requests. Only downside your card is charged 16 dollars a day for Internet usage regardles of whether or not you access their Wi-fi or not. I did not bring my computer due to it being a pleasure trip and not a business trip and was charged $48 non-refundable dollars for something I did not use. thx.

I drove in at night to park my car on shattered glass where it was obvious a car hasd been broken into. after checking in and heading to my room, I got off a tiny, dirty elevator the hallway to my room look like a back alley and was truly frightening. there was a cup of unidentified yellow liquid in the safe. the on demand movies did not work. my room was not fully cleaned daily. at least the bed was comfortable. I was not impressed.

I had a reasonably comfortable stay, but three matters bothered me. Most serious was the fact that no restaurant of any significance was available at the hotel on Sunday evening, or Monday morning. I very much missed that convenience. The inner layer of the shower cutain was snapped onto the main outer curtain backwards, so it kept pulling away, and permitting water from the shower to run onto the floor. I had to reinstall it correctly. Finally, the room Monday was not very quiet. People in the room next to mine were talking loudly until 2:00 A.M. when i went to bed on Tuesday morning.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the parks. The shuttle service is great and runs all day and after the park closes. I had the worst luck with little things going wrong. A recent storm had apparently knocked out the internet on my side of the building which sucked when I wanted to share my pictures. My door lock batteries died locking me out, but they sent security to fix it fairly quickly. I was also travelling with a disabled person. We requested a disabled access room. They swapped rooms with us and the new one just had a handle next to the bath tub. I guess that counts. All in all, I think it had a lot of potential, but we caught it at a bad time.

My niece a HS Senior and I visited Walt Disney and stayed at this hotel just outside of Downtown Disney. The location was great w/ easy shuttle service. The photos online are never the room they book you in. The beds/pillows were AMAZING! I slept so well all week. I was NOT a fan of having to go outside to get to my room it made it feel like a Motel instead of a Hotel and the lobby items, food, snacks, coffee etc was VERY pricey. The pool was great and so was the main lobby, especially the great front desk service.The staff, (especially [...]) were very helpful and informative. Thanks [...]....see you in Vegas?

I was very upset that I could not unload my luggage at the front of the building. I had to walk a mile from my car and then into the lobby to register. I was treated very badly. The room was not bad but was not what it was represented to be as it was shown on the internet. I was not prepared to pay the extra taxes imposed on me while staying there. None of the hotel workers were friendly. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Room is average, bed/pillows not comfortable, hot water takes forever, old AC/heater... Only good things : location/dining options

Hotel location and room were great! The hotel was across the street from Downtown Disney. The Downtown Disney bus shuttle to the Disney Theme Parks picked up every half hour. The shuttle was not always on time, but it always showed up eventually.Also, the room was recently renovated with new bathroom, carpets, beds, TV. The exterior was outdated, but the new room was great! Also, parking was free, which is an added bonus.[...]
