Girls Disney Weekend
Overall we had a good experience. We only had two complaints. The staff wasn't as friendly as we would have hope for example we got called over to the check in then the lady just did something on the computer and didn't even say hello please give me a minute or anything. The sheets were rough even though the bed was comfortable. The good things was the locations was great, you can walk to Downtown Disney and the parks are a short bus ride away. Also, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wyndham hotel Disney World
Coffee machine was broken it took over an hour to get it replaced. The iron did not work as well and other hour to get that replaced. The hotel is like a motel nothing like the Wyndham Hotels I have stayed in the past. The bar was never open!!! After paying in full they wanted a resort fee!!! Per night!!! I would NOT recommend this hotel/motel to anyone

Do not be fooled by the four star rating
This was my ninth visit to the Walt Disney World resort. I decided to stay off Disney property at the Wyndham, after staying at another Wyndham location in Boca Raton, Florida earlier this year. Upon check in the staff at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. They will charge you to park your vehicle and for use of the shuttle that broke down. Also the rooms are small and dumpy. We were put in the side rooms that had outdoor entrances. I would never stay off Disney property again. The Wyndham was a complete and total rip off.

If you are going to visit Disney stay on property. It isn't worth it to stay elsewhere. You will be highly disappointed and ripped off.

Simple for spending the night
Location is just a few steps from DownTown Disney. Transportation to Disney parks is available and free. People working at the hotel are warm and make you feel welcome. The halls outside the rooms seem dirty and need remodeling. The air conditioning tubes and filled with spiders' webs.

Nice But Not Welcoming
The hotel and grounds are gorgeous. If you're staying here and visiting any of the amusement parks you should hopefully enjoy your stay. I splurged and paid more for a room "with a tower view". What I didn't realize was that the view would be of a wall! I could not believe the 7th floor of a popular hotel would be designed to have rooms without views! It was incredibly disappointing Don't bother asking Guest Services about any complimentary travel shuttles, and do not stay here if you're planning on visiting downtown Orlando: taxis will cost you over $140 for a round-trip. Shuttles to the MCO Airport are few and will cost you too. Staff was far from welcoming during check-in. I felt like a criminal during their stern lecture regarding additional costs and fees.

Great weekend getaway
Nice resort with a great location near downtown Disney. Several employees were not the nicest or very helpful, while others were great. Outside of room was noisy with kids early one morning.

It was really good to stay in there, it is really close to downtown Disney...one thing it wasnt good is about bed, we were booked about two beds room, but it was only one king bed when we check in there...... others are perfect..
