Excellent Stay
The Regal Sun Resort was a charm to stay in. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and eye-pleasing. The hotel had several amenities to offer (we did not take advantage of them all since we only stayed 2 nights), such as pool, bar, cafeteria, restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located less than a block from Downtown Disney (it took us 5 minutes to walk to/from). I would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone and I would gladly choose this hotel for future stays.

I'd recommend visiting Downtown Disney when you have already visited the Theme Parks because it is a short walk and most stores close at 11PM and the night clubs close later, so there's plenty of time to do a little bit of everything.

If you forgot to get a Disney item at one of the parks, there is Downtown Disney literally right up the street to go get the item.

Nice Family Spot
The Regal Sun Resort had some renovations--there was a new pool with activities for the kids which we enjoyed. We wanted to upgrade to view the fireworks and they accommodated our request with no problem! It was a dream for our child! We had 2 double beds and a separate bathroom, which made everything cozy and comfy! We had a great time. We had only a short walk to Downtown Disney with restaurants there. We also enjoyed walks the other way-outside the gate for restaurants we enjoyed and a grocery store! Loved the convenience of the bus ride to the parks. Great vacation.

Have breakfast one or two days at McDonalds at Downtown Disney and save some dollars! Walk to the grocery store outside the gate and get a few bottles of water, etc. and put in your room frig and save a buck or two!

Great Value for the price
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. A great value for the price and really close to all the Disney action. Other resturants were right down the street including Downtown Disney.

Family Friendly and Great Value
The Regal Sun Resort was a nice place to stay. It was clean, the character breakfast was great, the pool was awesome, the staff was very friendly, and it was conveniently located to all things Disney. It's no frills, but very tasteful!

great pool
it was pretty good. check in was quick and easy. check out was even easier. The pool area was fantastic. The only thing lacking was a resturaunt

great location
My husband son a nd i had a blast at the regal sun.The pool was great the location was great close to disney and the shuttle service was great.We would all go back to the regal sun in a heartbeat.

close to shopping
We had quick check in even though we arrived quite early in the day. Our room faced the parks so we could see fireworks in the evening. It is a quick walk to Downtown Disney and the shuttles to the parks come every 30 min. out in front of the hotel. The room service was exceptional, they did whatever they could to accomodate us.
