Good location
Regal Sun has free shuttle to Disney parks and is walking distance both to Downtown Disney and also to a strip mall with grocery store etc. in case you forgot to pack something. There was a refrigerator in my room. I checked in very early and the staff worked to accomodate me. My room had a great view of the Disney fireworks at Epcot & the pool was great. Discount Disney tickets and good advice in the store on site.

great for the family
The Reagal sun resort was very nice. The room was comfy and clean. The employees were very welcomeing and polite. The dining was delicious and entertaining. Oh and the pool was awsome. I would defintly recomend this hotel.

Downtown disney was right down the street it was so cool to go there to shop and eat.

It was a nice place for the money considering you are right at Disney. Great pool area. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It has free shuttle buses to all Disney parks with many restaurants right close by. You can walk across the street to downtown Disney. Which has the Rain Forest cafe, Planet Hollywood and McDonalds. We would stay again without hesitation.

They also had a Perkins and other on the main road going into the hotel. You should make reservations for the Rain Forest Cafe unless you want to wait a couple of hrs.

Customer oriented
The staff and hotel itself were very nice. They were friendly, smiling, courteous and helpful with questions. The young lady who checked me in could not have been nicer or more efficient. She did a great job, and it took me less than 4 minutes to get checked in. My wife and I will stay there again.

For people who want to visit Disney, but can't afford their rates, this is a great alternative. They are within 2 minutes of Downtown Disney shopping and Resturants. They can also catch the buses from the hotel to the disney parks. Great location and Value.

Stress free fun
The Regal Sun staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. I loved the ability to walk over to Downtown Disney at any time without trying to find a parking space. The room was very comfortable and had all that we needed to make a vacation special. The bus ride to the parks was great you didn't have to wait long and you always got a seat. I will be staying at this resort again.

A Great Hotel for work and play!
This was our first stay at the Regal Sun and I was very impressed with the money invested in the total remodel of the Hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was very clean and roomy. The dining options were what we expected for an on property hotel at Walt Disney World (though I would have like to see a better selection in their 24-hour Dining area). The free high speed internet was a definite plus as well. 4.5 out of 5 for us; we will definitely stay there again.

Friendly house keepers
Only thing I didn't like was being told their was a $12 resort fee over the phone and I get there and it's a $15 resort fee plus tax on top of that. They say it's to cover things like towels at the pool. Well, on July 11 there were no towels at the pool so we had to drip all the way back to our room.

Close to the action
The best feature of this hotel is its proximity to Downtown Disney. It was a very short walk to the Marketplace and if you don't want to wait for the hotel shuttle, you could get a Disney Transportation shuttle there. I was in a very spacious room that was clean and comfortable. My only issue was that the curtains were very sheer and the dark curtains were not on a track so could not close. Being on the ground floor, by the pool, I had to be very careful while washing and dressing. The hotel is also very close to many of the area's main roads not on Disney property with access to shopping and dining areas.

If you plan on partying and visiting the bars, you don't have to worry about driving or running to catch the last bus because it's close enough (and well lit enough) to be a safe walk back to your room.

very convenient
I thought this was a great family oriented hotel.. it was close to everything.. and had everything you would need. I would defenetely stay there again.

Very nice hotel
The hotel was really nice. The only thing was I'm a night person and it was very difficult to get food after 11:00 pm
