When checking in Staff was rude and short when asked questions...We checked in at Checkin time but room was not ready! We needed to make a fuss inorder to be given a room that was ready....Hotel right across the street of downtown disney so thats a plus....

Dissapointing Visit
The picture shown and 4 stars may be for the Tower, but a good number of rooms are in building adjacent to parking lot which look more like a Highway Stop Motel, this is where our room was. We had 3 adults and the two beds were only full size, very uncomfortable. The room was dirty, we found food under the bed. Strict rules on no pets, our son came to visit for one hour and was thrown out of the building because he had his small dog. The security staff was very nasty. We would have left after the first night, but unfortunately we had prepaid 3 nights.

not worth the money
The only nice feature is the pool. Rooms and beds way too small. Ice makers leaked on every floor that we saw. Lobby nice, but didn't need to be there. If you're attracted by the location (close to Downtown Disney) there are many other hotels right there to choose from. This wasn't worth the money.

definitely NOT 4 stars
It took us forever to find our room. Elevator was not only working but also very small and can only fit 3 people max or else you will feel like sardines. Dewan was very nice to accommodate us early but we had to go to the park. I would recommend this hotel for groups and adults alike. But if you have kids, this is not a good choice. I'm glad we only stayed one night coz our vacation was extended for a day.

Simple for spending the night
Location is just a few steps from DownTown Disney. Transportation to Disney parks is available and free. People working at the hotel are warm and make you feel welcome. The halls outside the rooms seem dirty and need remodeling. The air conditioning tubes and filled with spiders' webs.
