Great location, pool & stay
Staff was friendly and helpful. Got an upgraded room in the tower. Pool area was super nice and very big. huge kids area and hot tub as well. no slide but kids play are in pool made up for it. i uploaded some of the pool images. My only complaint was the beds were not comfortable and pretty cheap. I had feather pillows which I am allergic too and didn't realize (could've been my fault) and I had a bad nights sleep in combination with those 2 factors. Other than that everything was excellent!! Thanks :)

Excellent location
i like the hotel alot just not happy with the suprise of the Resort Fee that you get there. I guess if this was in the small print I did not see it.

Comfortable and great! But......
Loved the hotel clean and comfortable! We went to sleep after a long day at Disney and couldn't wait to sleep in; but 8:15 in the morning the doors are being banged on and if you don't answer house keeping is walking in. Ugh! So much for sleeping! So make sure you put the do not disturb sign on the door before going to bed!

Decent Stay Near Downtown Disney
Just a couple of blocks away from Downtown D so it's convenient to walk there. Hotel has shuttle to D transportation center but is only available every 30 minutes. Hotel okay and rooms clean but small. I booked this room for my parents who never knew that there was a restaurant on the 2nd floor so what does that tell you about their directory or marketing? Glad I got hotel on a special offer; rack rate would have been too much.

Very disappointing!
We booked with 0rbitz. The resort pictured online & it's placement at the foot of downtown Disney, led us to believe this was a true 4-star resort. Upon check-in, we were told to go thru the store to an elevator that reminded me of a service entrance. Then exiting to a cement floor hallway which was dimly lit, I found myself outside accessing the room I rented (all I could think of was the beautiful high rise building in your picture online). Caution, if they give you a room with a prefix before/after the room number. There was rust on the door and tiles in the bathroom; dated caulking; etc.

Clean hotel
The hotel room was clean and spacious. I love the fridge in the room. Parking was easy. Checkin and out was quick and friendly. The bus service to Downtown Disney was poor. We waited and waited and the bus did not come.

Not so good
Hotel was not at all what I expected from Wyndham. Room was on first floor, bottom and lower side of door had small openings, you could see sunlight coming through during the day. Staff did not seem to be Disney friendly. Would not stay at this hotel in the future.

Great Hotel, Great Location
We were at the hotel for 2 days - Christmas Eve and Christmas to go to Disney and Universal. The employees were great. I'd go back for sure.
