Clean, near Disney downtown, gold pool ans great personnal

There is a lot of staff. Very clean. Pool is excellent.

Would travel back again. Very nice staff nice pool area.

We loved that the hotel was right in the middle of all restaurants and Disney attractions. Staff was very friendly especially our maid service. The character breakfast was great as well and very personal for the price. I would definitely book te Wyndham again.

I was alittle disappointed in the "4 star rating". Perhaps the tower rooms were better then the exterior corridor ones. The exterior rooms are loud, to the point we even asked to be moved to a quieter room. The staff was less then accomodating until I pressed more (they wanted us to check out at 11am, then come back at 4 to check into another room). The character breakfast was average (overpriced). It was a nice relaxing trip for a quick get away weekend but don't expect to be blown away by service or ammenities. The pool bar was way overpriced and understaffed, we often waited in line for drinks and/or snacks. Again, overall just average and for the price lacked that "something special".

We just got back from a getaway here... When I checked in I asked for a quiet room, non-adjoiner (b/c I have a toddler that needs to nap) and we were put in the worst room possible... Right next to the laundry room (people actually do laundry at 130 am and 630 am) and right by the mail hallway to get to the pool... needless to say the first night we didn't get any sleep (ironically our son slept perfect but we were up all night). In the am I asked to switch rooms and was originally told I would have to check out by 11, then return at 4 for checkin... once I made it clear that was not ok, they made it so we could stay in our room until another was available (though they said they would call us and let us know when the first room was avail, we had to call at 2pm). Our next night was much better. Overall, without the noisy first night the location is great... they pool is perfect for toddlers and bigger kids. My only complaint is the food is rediculously expensive.... we might as well have eaten at a Disney property... $6 beers, $22 character breakfast (which included a "ok" buffett and 2 characters, Pluto and Goofy). My advise is to go off property (Downtown Disney is walking distance) for meals. I would rate this trip a B- (only b/c we loved getting away as a family!!)

We were placed in the outside rooms facing a parking lot. The room was extremely noisy, could hear neighbors talking and shutting their doors all night long. The room was very small but clean except for the one day we didn't get maid service and had to call for it. It is very close to walk to Downtown Disney and has a nice pool but hated the noisy rooms. We also were not able to get a room close to the rest of our family so that was inconvenient.

After last year's issues with housekeeping, I was hesitant to book this hotel again. But due to it's location and amenities, I did book this hotel for the 3rd time. They have 2 pools with a kids area and a hot tub with a tiki bar outside that serves drinks and food. First the shuttles that are supposed to come every 30 mins at Epcot didn't come, while we waited in the rain for 2 hrs. After 2hrs and 3 calls to the resort they sent a car for us. Then one day housekeeping didn't clean our room, so at 10:30pm they sent someone. He was rude and said he would not clean my daughter's bed if it had stuffed animals on it. Of course this is when I decided that location and amenities are not as important as good customer service. Then one night the fire alarms went off, at about 10:30pm. We waited outsided for a while in our PJ's in the parking lot before we were let back into the rooms. I won't go back to this or any Wyndham property if this is how they handle guest. When it was the Regal Sun it was great, but since Wyndham bought it it has gone downhill.

Try to stay in the tower, but the whole place is pretty nice. The staff told me we'd been upgraded when we first checked in. Quiet and clean. We did late check in and they even have turndown service. The pool made me feel I was somewhere exotic if I looked toward the nature preserve instead of the building. Lol!

We stayed for 3days and 2 nights and I have no complaints other than the cleaning staff in the mornings knocking on the door starting at 8am and nonstop till check out time when people are informed when there check out time is but other than that would recommend for families nice pool area for kids and family and great location right down the street from downtown Disney and stores!!!!!
