beautiful place but
the hotel room was beautiful and the rooms were huge. the view was only of the parking lot but the other side was spectacular. the only problem was that it was a timeshare and they kept asking us to attend a 90 minute meeting and we only had 2 days and not enough time for the meeting. also the sofa couch was uncomfortable.

We were orignally booked at the Residence Inn- Lake Buena Vista. It was horrible- rooms were dirty (hair on bathroom countertops, floor, etc; carpet dirty and worn down, visible dust everywhere), noisy (there were a series of six industrial blowers on the outside hallway floors (must of had some water damage recently- could smell mold), and staff unfriendly and non-existent. [...] we got a great deal at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. 5 star room! Gave 4 stars for review due to staff not being especially helpful or knowledgeable. However, we loved it so much, that I purchased a time share before I left! [...]

this is a nice hotel but our stay was just okay. Air conditioner wasn't working properly and it took 2 hours for someone to get there. The shower door didn't close properly. They really want you to attend the meeting on the timeshare also. Once you do they will hound you to buy even when you keep saying no.

Great location when visiting Disney
This was our 2nd trip to Bonnet Creek. Our first trip was in August and we were very impressed during that stay. The room was stocked with everything one could need, and it was immaculately clean. We were excited to return again based on our last experience. While the location of our room was much better, the room lacked the cleanliness we had come to expect from Bonnet Creek. My 15 month old found old food left behind by, I assume, previous guests. However, the location of our room during this stay was much better than last. We were near the mini golf, and playground area, which was fantastic! The check in process was a breeze and not high pressure at all...afterall, this is a time share. We found the staff friendly and accommodating. This property has a lot to offer. Spacious rooms and many amenities (including washer and dryer).
