Average Hotel.
Good central location. Amenities outdated. Old TV buzzed and had static until you smacked the top of it. Had very basic TV package with only a few channels. Balcony door was screwed shut. One closet door was missing. Saw same used towel on the floor in the elevator for 2 days. Pool needed to be cleaned because it had alot of tree leaves floating in it. Ticket help desk in lobby was only interested in pushing time shares!!!!! Not helping you get any deal on park tickets.

Avoid the desk in the lobby that says Theme Park Tickets. I waited 15 min on line to try and get tickets to Sea World and all the woman at the desk tried to do was get me to visit a timeshare. I told her i was not interested several times and that i just wanted tickets to the park and she still tried to talk me into the time share visit. She then looked at her computer and told me that the Sea world ticket price would be $300 for 2 tickets with out visiting the time share. I left her desk, went to the business center and bought tickets online for both Sea World and Aquatica water park for $99.

location is great, had great time!!
Average rooms are okay, hotel is very nice.Staff friendly and helpful..Food and prices are reasonable to location.Shuttle buses were frequent and usually on time

Great Value
10 min. walk to downtown Disney. Clean room at a great price (75$/nt. for (2) double beds) No complaints. We stayed for 3 nts. and were not in the room very much.

near Disney
i am booked 5 rooms,two room in the west side new building,it looks like 4 star hotel,but other three room in the east side,old building,this side not 4 star hotel. my friends complain.....so please let me know how can stay new building and new rooms.

Surprise!
My only issue with the hotel was the shady fees. You pay $10 a night for parking. You also pay a daily resort fee. I was waiting to see if there was a air cleaning fee for our breathing. Don't get me wrong the hotel was BEAUTIFUL, but I hate shadiness. We thought we were paying $78 a night but after fees and all it was about $108 a night. The hotel is great and the service is great I just wish they would cut the fees and just put it in the price per night so you don't feel like you are getting a deal until you see all the fees when you checkout. I hope this helps.

The Gaylor Palms Resort is the most amazing place I have ever seen. There are 2 or 3 different restaurants inside it. If you have time it is well worth the time to just walk around.

Great location. Room was available at check in and upgraded us to deluxe. Room was big, clean and temp was comfortably cool. Did not appreciate the $10.00 parking fee surprise. Parking card a bit annoying, have to use to enter and exit. Have stayed several times in the past and will stay again.

GREAT!!!!
Iv stayed at Royal Plaza four times in the past 6 months. I have to say its great!! Its in the perfect place, if you are going to disney. the shuttle service to the parks is great. best resort:)

wow
We were celebrating our 43rd anniversary and the hotel was nice enought to upgrade us. The staff was excellant, friendly and very accomadating. During breakfast which came with room, we watched a man make ballons for children. We have never seen someone make the animals, super heros, etc. like he does. He was great and had the attention of the children the entire time. Thank you Royal Plaza for a great stay. Hotel located very close to attractions, resturants and great view from our room of Disney World.

Bone Fish Grill is great place to eat with a nice menu and prices are reasonable. Go on Wednesday night and get an get banger shrimp apptizer for $5.00.
