Great night out

Great escape
Went to Disney with our 27 year old daughter at the last minute. Super location and rooms were large enough to accomidate 3adults comfortable. Will stay here again.

FAMILY OF FOUR GETAWAY
THE HOTEL WAS NICE,BUT THE REFRIDGERATOR AND MICROWAVE SHOULD BE STANDARD. THE HOTEL SHOULD ALSO OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST DAILY AS SOME OF THE SURROUNDING HOTELS

Dirty cups and no towels -- "Just the basics, maam!"
While the location was good with Disney City and plenty of restaurants in the area, the room maintenance left much to be desired. We were there four nights and we had to call at least twice for towel replacements. They took our used towels, but did not replace them with fresh ones. When we did get the towels, we only got bath towels and no hand towels or wash clothes. We called a second time and only got washclothes and no hand towels. We gave up! Furthermore, the staffer we contacted never apologized and seems bothered by our call. Also, the tub/shower was never washed during our stay. My personal shower cap was either taken or thrown away, as well as a bagel and an English muffin that were wrapped and that we had saved from breakfast to eat as a snack later in the day. The worst part was that we made the complimentary coffee found in the room and realized the cups (mugs) were dirty and even had lipstick on them! It seemed they had been simply rinsed and not washed. This happened twice! We never drank the complimentary coffee. Would have been great if the hotel followed the simple basics of cleanliness and courtesy.

Close to Downtown Disney
The Free Breakfast was great. The hotel was close to Disney with free bus transportation to all the parks. There is some Freeway noise as the hotel backs up to I-4. The furniture was a little on the cheap side. One of the drawers in the dresser came apart. The Hotel fixed it. The worst part was the hotel lobby staff that were selling tickets. They tried to get me to pay more for Disney tickets and sit through their time share presentation. That was not appreciated.

Nice stay
It's a nice hotel. Some plumbing issues and television reception was horrible. Food was decent in the hotel, nothing to get excited about, but overall it's clean and a nice walk to Downtown Disney.
