Room was good size. Location was perfect. Leaving the hotel in my own vehicle was the worse. You get a ticket when parking the vehicle and when leaving the hotel for whatever reason it asks to pay even when you will be paying those daily charges at check out. Waiting for them to allow you to go through the gate did not make me happy. I would have rather been told that I had the option of paying at the gate or at check out. Waiting for the elevator was also a bit frustrating. A hotel with so many floors need more than 2 elevators. Anyway, that aside, I slept like a baby in a hotel full of people. Front staff was very caring and professional. I cannot say that I am too impressed with this hotel, but cannot complaint for the price I paid plus the location.

I read up on this hotel before our stay and heard some real horrible and alarming stories, so I was a little nervous about our trip. We didn't have any major issues... However, the electrical outlets did not work on two walls which left us a little strapped on charging gadgets, and they didn't stock any toiletries during cleaning service. My kids fixed that issue.. I would agree with the many comments I came across about the comfortable beds. We slept good, and the staff seemed friendly. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price and location.

We chose to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was nothing over the top about this hotel. It was close to Downtown Disney (walking distance) and shuttles were provided to other Disney resort areas. A taxi is available at the hotel to take you to Universal Studios as well. The round trip cost was about $60. We had a wonderful time and did not break the bank!

My husband and I absolutely love Disney and have stayed at many "Disney" hotels. Because of this, we are very spoiled when it comes to accommodations. Recently we wanted to stay over for one night near Downtown Disney. This hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever they could. They upgraded our room without us asking and gave us a later check out time (3pm) for free. The room was spotless and was beautiful. Nice, comfortable bed with plenty of blankets and sheets. The only downside was that we had an older remote to the TV which had some trouble switching channels at times. This hotel was a good location because it was close to Downtown Disney. Technically you could walk there, but it was hot and we aren't walkers so we took our car (approx. 1-2 min.). Since this hotel is on Disney property, you also have use to Disney transportation. Overall this was a great hotel and we will back for sure!

very clean room and comfortable bed

The hotel is really normal and ordinary. It is not a luxury hotel, it is just a place to sleep and rest. The best of this hotel is its location.

Very nice hotel. Location is perfect, restaurants, shopping is walking distance from the hotel, also free shuttle from 6pm and 3am to Disney downtown. Will stay again and recommend.

Overall it was fine. I had expected to be a little nicer since it is in the Walt Disney resort parks. Hotel need to be remodeled.

My overall stay was good. The staff was courteous and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the flyers from delivery services that was put under my door everyday. They were not put there by hotel personnel, but by someone who just walked in the hotel an slid flyer under the guest's doors.
