We walked down the street to the House of Blues to attend a concert. We arrived back to the hotel hot and sweaty only to find that the ceiling fan was inoperative. The drain plug in the bathroom sink was also inoperative. Simple things that really took away from the overall quality of the stay. Other hotels that I have stayed at and worked for have made it a priority to take care of small issues like these that put the guest first.

I booked this hotel because I received a great deal [...] There were so many mixed reviews. I had shipped diapers and my sons formula because I've had luggage get lost so used post office. I checked in, without even asking the agent gave me box. The room was clean, bathroom very very big. We took bus to disney twice, it was packed but able to get on in both directions. It was walking distance to downtown disney. my opinion. good hotel, good price. it's not a hilton, but it's a good hotel. had room service twice. fast service.

Very nice staff, beautiful room. Very close to Downtown Disney, a 10 minute walk. Dining in hotel is a little pricey, and there is a fee to park rental cars in the lot.

This place was a nightmare from start to finish. At check-in the front desk agent hardly said a word to us as she was too busy smacking the gum in her mouth and taking calls from irate guests complaining of one broken thing after the next. Prior to booking this hotel my husband called to book the nicest suite available, when we arrived at our "suite", every other light was burned out or in-op., probably one of the hotel cost cutting tactics, however the lack of adequate lighting made the already outdated room feel more like a budget motel. Our tube TV didn't work, once fixed the remote didn't work. We stayed 3 nights and never once received new towels, or housekeeping of any sort. The hidden fees were ridiculous $10/day for parking, $10/day for internet, tourist tax, resort fee, etc, etc... Downtown Disney is not within walking distance, and the noise level was insane. We will never stay here again, and caution anyone else who is considering this place.

Despite others reviews, I found that the staff was nice all around. If you are human to others you will get it back! The hotel was clean, the updates to the lobby were nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however dated the (jacuzzi) bathroom was. Don't like the parking fee of $10 for self parking, especially since the gate was busted when we got there. Downtown Disney was a very short walk. No bedbugs!!

When we arrived and were checking in we asked to be put into a room with either a queen or king size bed, and not two doubles. After, getting our room key and being directed to the set of elevators we opened the door to our room and the first thing we saw was two double beds. So, I went back to the desk and got that all straightened out and my family and I were directed to another set of elevators, only this time the floor we needed wasn't attainable thru that set of elevators (these people do not even know their own work place). Room size for a king size bed was ok, but the carpet seemed very dirty and the room did not have a thermostat only some archaic ac control that only allowed for cool, cold or warm. Our last surprise was finding out that the hotel charges $10 for parking your car on their property and oh yeah, that's per day as well as a resort fee of $8...per day. I expected better from a hotel that charges an additional $18 a day, shouldn't they be using that money for general up keep?

The room was nice but the price was high, they charge extra for parking, breakfast, internet. They charge for anything and everything. I do not recommend hotel. Small beds and old TV screens

"Fresh from an extensive multi-million dollar renovation..." Well, they need some more money put into this hotel to make it deserve the money. The most disturbing problem is that the room gets all the noise from neighbouring rooms, not nice when you think you can relax and rest after a long day. Room service was good, room clean and overall acceptable. Nice loacation to Downtown Disney where you can eat and also get to all Disney Parks, not so easy to find return buses to hotel though (this and neighbouring area hotels are referred as non-Disney although they reside in Disney Resort area and their buses are located elsewhere), still you can always go to Downtown and walk back after a drink or some shopping. For the price, I think it's average.
