Royal Plaza
The hotel is located very close to Disney. They have a wonderful buffet breakfast, but it was a bit overpriced. We got the room at a great price, but it was in desperate need of some upgrades. It had a 90s feel to it. However, it was very clean and comfortable.

Not a 4 star hotel
The rooms at this hotel need some major upgrades from the tv to putting refrigirators microwave wich they they didnt have in the room we staid at. Very dissapointed and would not recomend to anyone unless they make the necesary upgrades. over all this hotel should not be rated a 4 star. Charge $17 for resort fee and $11 for parking ( free???)

OMG!!! Stay Away!!!
if anybofy is going to stay here, contact me and I will talk you out of it. The room was FILTHY. This is NOT a 4 star hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel just down the street from Downtown Disney and Apopka-Vineland Road - centrally located.

Disney convenience good value
Lovely hotel located in Disney circuit. Comfortable, clean rooms with accommodating staff. We were there with our granddaughter, so after a long day at Disney we wanted some rest and good food. Apparently, the hotel doesn't have the demand for this as it's located In something called downtown Disney. I guess most people choose to dine in downtown . Still, they do make an effort to serve acceptable food. So it's a good value tor the area.

Low maintenance traveler
Second stay, disappointing
I stayed here a year ago and not only has the quality gone down in one year but the price almost doubled. This trip was disappointing. Would have rather been in a Super 8. Linen and towel quality was poor. Cheap soap and shampoo. My room cleanliness was poor. Parking was expensive. For the price I payed, I should have stayed in a Disney resort and would have had a much better experience, including free parking. I will not be staying here again. There are much better hotels in Orlando. Between their resort fee and their parking fee, you can get much better for less.

Maybe not 'Royal' but OK
If you need to be near Downtown Disney, this is a good choice. Everything was basically mediocre but not 'bad'. Outdated fixtures and furniture including the TV. I would say adequate but not great.

Short drive from hotel
DRive up near SeaWorld and eat at Bonefish or Maggianos. Avoid most of the restaurants that are near this hotel - high priced, low quality - even the chains. For a Quick snack or something late night, Stop at Goodings Supermarket right up the street from the hotel

Fresh Air 1
Shuttle service to Magic Kingdom is a joke.
The only reason we stayed here was to take advantage of the free shuttle service. The hotel itself was OK. The rooms are dated and in desperate need of renovation. Our room kind of smelled like a locker room. Hopefully they can get that smell out. Luckily we did not spend a lot of time in the room. The shuttle service is horrible. First of all, its standing room only on the bus. Not fun when you have kids and strollers that you need to carry yourself. Shuttle was on time, but takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the park with all the stops at the hotels. Huge crowd for bus at end of day. Very unimpressed. I will drive next time.
