I was surprised.
I have not stayed in a holiday inn in a long time. We were pleasantly surprised! The room, bathroom were extremely clean. And the location was great. Highly recomend. With shuttle service, and dontown disney a short walk, we will be back.

a very good place with only one problem
staffs were nice n polite. they were helpful. the 1st room service was not good, because they did not leave new shampoo n soap. the 2nd one was good. and the door of a closet was broken but no repairment. anyway, it was a good place to stay.

Even though the bulb was burnt out in our room and not replaced, and the phone was difficult to operate without instructions - I must say that the room was impeccably clean. THANK YOU for that. The biggest complaint ever is that we are charged $10 each day of our stay to park our vehicle in your parking lot, or $16 per day if we use the valet service. That was such a negative surprise for our visit. The cost was astronomical on a planned budget. Because of this occurrence, we will not be staying at your hotel again. Suggestion: why not build that parking fee into the room price and the customers won't be any of the wiser. Of ourse they won't be staying at your hotel either.

Nice stay!!! Much better than expected!!!
Room's very clean and comfortable and amendities are new. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We arrived around midnight and received their warm welcome immediately. Hotel is very close to epcot and there are free shuttles to all the disney parks. I actually did not expect too much based on its price, but our actual experience is quite a pleasant surprise! Would definitely recommend to my friends and will expect to stay here again in the future!

Nice Stay
We stayed here to visit the Cirque du Soleil at Downtown Disney. The hotel location was perfect - just a short walk to the venue and all that the Disney marketplace has to offer.

No need to drive and find parking. Downtown Disney is a short walk and a shuttle is also available.

Great stay
Great hotel, close to Downtown Disney and free shuttle to other parks. Room was great , staff was great, food was great. Our son and his wife stayed at Hilton next store and our hotel was much nicer.Our room looked like it was new with a great view. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay.

Dissatisfied.
Room was always cold - heater did not work properly. Sleep was disturbed by the constant roar of traffic from the highway alongside the hotel. Was overcharged one night extra for parking fee. Had a pizza in the restaurant which was unappetizing. Breakfast short order chef was very good. Water in room was not hot - only warm one morning. Electrical service went out during one night for some 3 hours so the alarm clock never functioned. I received no compensation for my assessment at checkout.

Fantastic Hotel!
This hotel was perfect...great location, beautiful pool, immaculate/modern rooms and bathrooms, friendly and accomodating staff...breakfast downstairs was delicious...great value! Will stay there again next trip to Disney for sure!

Short drive from hotel
Bypass Disney (except the Magic Kingdom) and spend all your money and time at Universal! Disney was a total disappointment...especially Epcot! Nothing was open the entire day, the food was WAY overpriced and there was very little to recommend it! However, Universal had it all! The rides were outstanding, the sidewalk entertainment rocked, and there was lots to see and do that was A-plus!!
