Holiday Inn LAKE BUENA VISTA DOWNTOWN

Arrived at 4pm check-in was at 3pm room wasnt ready everything of course was paid for already went back in about 45mins to see other customers getting their rooms already so then ours finally was, staff not as helpful, all vending machines were sold out & no other snack machines at all game rm n workout rm small, but nice pool n hot tub shuttle to disney sometimes late but pretty close n dropped u right at door busses get packed though so arrive early! Other than that clean room and 15 dollar breakfast buffet and great view oh and kids eat free with paid adult.

The hotel was clean when we first recieved it and when we came back to the room after a long day out we found the room clean and tidy. The room was always restocked with towels,soap,and clean sheets. The location of the hotel is incredible. The amusement parks are super close and great food around the area.

I experienced great customer service upon my arrival all through out my stay and departure. The view from my room was spectacular and the beds very comfy. I will be back.

We came in for one more night on our way out of town from trip down South. We should have stayed in this hotel earlier in the week when we were in town for 4 days. What a difference from hotel we had been at

Very pleasant stay in a clean,updated hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was just remodeled from the ground up, so the facilty was absolutely beautiful! The room was large, very clean and had a great view. The entire hotel centers around the pool, so it is a very fun place to stay with kids. The only complaint I had for the trip was the $10 per night parking fee that they told us about upon our arrival. (or $16 per night valet - it is your choice). I dislike undisclosed charges because many times it creates an unfair disadvantage for those hotels that include these type of charges in their nightly rates.

I like this hotel, because it's cheap and clean!

Brief family get-away to hang out in the Disney environment and shop at the outlets for a change of scenery. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and we had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the Downtown Disney area and Epcot landmarks...clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. I was not aware of required parking fee of $10 self parking or $16 valet...but there was plenty of parking available, not a deal breaker. Convenient to Downtown Disney and outlets...only down side was an operable phone and the lack of a microwave in the room to heat our leftovers from dinner later that night. I would return...however, the price was a little high for the offerings...probably due to it being a holiday weekend.

Went to Disney World. Very nice hotel, friendly workers.

We chose the hotel because it was within walking distance to Downtown Disney and we wanted a vacation without driving. We had previously stayed at a competitor hotel closer to Downtown Disney by about 3 minutes walk but chose this hotel as a change of pace (but was also $20 per night less expensive!). This hotel was heads above the competitor in all areas important to us including room cleanliness, bed comfort, swimming pool and spa cleanliness - the pool was beautiful with plenty of towels poolside and loads of lounges to relax. The housekeeping staff was most accommodating, leaving plenty of extra towels and shampoo and conditioner. The desk staff was both friendly and helpful, the rooms, recently renovated, were spotless. This was the best weekend we have spent in the area in several years. I strongly recommend others to try the amenities of this hotel if you are looking for an immaculate rooe within 8 minutes walk of Downtown Disney. By the way, bus shuttle is available to all Disney parks from the hotel.
